"Todo estuvo excelente, nos quedamos 3 personas y no nos sentimos apretados. Los departamentos en Japón de por si son pequeños pero este no tenia ningún problema. Contaba con estufa y todo los platos y utensilios para cocinar incluyendo tetera. La estacion esta a menos de 10 min caminando, por 160 yenes llegas a la estacion de Ikebukuro en 5 min para transbordar a la linea Yamanote :) Inclusive si no quieres pagar, la estacion de Ikebukuro está a 30 min a pie. "The location was great and close to Shibuya Station, so it was the perfect place to stay in Tokyo. The room was very clean and the area was quiet, so I had a very comfortable stay. You can also walk to Ebisu Station, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants very close to the room. I highly recommend this accommodation. When I return to Tokyo, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you for a truly wonderful trip."

"This was a very nice place to stay. It is in a good, quiet district with very nice restaurants only a few minutes walk from the house. There is a very good restaurant called Soba Maruka only a couple hundred feet away. On top of that the train station was very easy to get to, so we could go pretty much anywhere in Tokyo without renting a car. Overall a very good place to stay for a good price."

"This is a great spot to land if you want to be close in to fabulous eating and shopping! Super convenient and easy to navigate from to reach other parts of Tokyo. We are a family of three and the apartment was just right. It is a Tokyo size apartment so come with expectations of smaller space. There is a great coffee/breakfast shop right around the corner! A great place to start the day of touring and sightseeing! "

"Conveniently located in Sangenjaya, close to the train station, 2 stops from Shibuya! Next door to Seiyu and Lawson’s, we were able to walk and pick up breakfast every morning! Lots of eating places just steps away from the Goten! Our unit was very spacious and clean. This was our third stay, and definitely our go-to anytime we’re in Sangenjaya!"

"Great value for money at a prime location in Tokyo city. We had a party of 7 (two families, 4 adults, 3 children), and this place served our touristy purposes well. They made use of limited space really well - the two sleeping areas were split from a (typical) single floor (which did not allow one to stand up on/by the bed, but it's alright as long as you just lie down). The kitchenette was functional, and we used it quite a bit. Walkable to grocery store, 7-11, train station, and more. The beds...
