A combined living and sleeping room on this level includes 1 bed and a television, with direct access to the garden. The spacious kitchen and living area is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, and a kettle, and is anchored by a second decorative open-hearth fireplace alongside a dining table, also with access to the garden.
