Dear Galina,Thank you very much for taking the time to share with all of us your recent experience with Budapest Hotel Sofia!I can reassure you that for 15 years in business we have only benefited from the location of the hotel, being close to so many public institutions, landmarks and at the beginning of old Sofia's centre. Not once did we nor any of our guests have a safety related issue outside the hotel or in the near vicinity! Don't be confused by some of the rundown buildings and houses nearby! Judging by your Slavic name I am pretty sure you are quite familiar with what pace are public areas modernized in the cities on the Balkans. Dear Mr. Mustafa,Thank you for the comments and for sharing your opinion with us!In front of the hotel's building there are a couple of parking lots that are used by our guests free of charge and are occupied on first came first served basis. In other words prior reservation cannot be made and once all of them are filled the next guests will be directed to the nearest paid parking where currently the price is 12 BGN per overnight.Sincerely hope you will pay us another visits next time you are in Sofia despite the fact that the decor is not to your taste and the complicated pakring solutions in the city center!Cordial regards,Trifon Paskalev Director of Sales
