The Lummis St. Bungalow is within walking distance of everything you will need to make Sodus Point your families destination for fun and relaxation. Lummis St. is a quiet welcoming street located just off Bay St. overlooking the Great Sodus Bay. We welcome you to be our guest and make yourselves at home.

• Each bedroom has its own separate keyed entrance to use if you wish.

• Plenty of parking, but please no parking on grass to left of driveway. Keep parking to the drive way or side of road.
• 1st floor: Screened-in porch, full bath, laundry room, queen sleeper couch
• 2nd floor: 1 master with queen bed, 2 bedrooms with double beds, full bath,
• 1 rollaway single bed in closet upstairs to be used wherever needed
• Natural gas stove in living room for added coziness and ambience
• Start and end your day on the private screened in porch with a beautiful view of Sodus Bay.
• Kitchen is fully equip with everything you need to prepare home cooked meals and a brand new dishwasher for easy cleanup.

• Passcode entrance into the house will be provided the day of your arrival.
• Just a 10 minute walk from Lummis St. you will find sandy lakeside and bayside beaches with lifeguarded areas, restrooms with bathhouse and a playground for the kids.
• In the center of town you will find a second playground 3 minutes from Lummis St. just over the hill.
• On Greig St. you will find delicious restaurants, lively entertainment and music, a community playground and a couple ice-cream shops.
