Great Sodus Point Cottage!

Vacation with the family....

The property was awesome. My family and I had a really relaxing time while on vacation. The beach was a walk away or a very short drive. Would definitely stay again....

Great location! Close to downtown restaurants and the beach. Downside was it could get noisy at night with live bands playing downtown but we had a white noise machine that covered it up.

Always Perfect!

Another fantastic stay at the cottage! It’s the perfect location and one of our favorite spots is the back patio-it’s private and quiet but you can still see Lake Ontario. We are absolutely in love with this rental!!!

Great location, beautiful cottage

Can’t beat the location, walking distance to the beach and tons of restaurants and across the street from the lighthouse! Air conditioner kept the house nice and cool during a heat wave. Owners were great to work with, highly recommend this property!

Cute House, Excellent Location

The location of the property really stands out. It is located across the street from the lighthouse museum and has a lake view from the front of the house. Its also walking distance to the main part of town. The house was really cute, well maintained and has a lot of amenities. The back patio was a really nice, quiet and private spot to hang out in the mornings and evenings. Overall, we had a great time and would return in the future.

Awesome memories!

My aunt and uncle used to stay at this property for years every summer, when they passed we decided to continue the tradition and we absolutely love the property and the hosts are awesome! Convenient location, walk to everything. Never have to take the car out. So peaceful and serene. Just sit back as relax you will love it here!!

Location, charm, and comfort

We could not have expected a better location to view the eclipse and totality. We took many walks to enjoy the neighborhood, the beach, and downtown. Our host was attentive and helpful. The cottage was well stocked with basic needs and the inland grocery store was just 12 minutes away. Beautiful Bay Area and two nearby state parks add plenty of options for interesting activities. Find the tiny Sunset Park near the west end of the street for one terrific setting sun.

Perfect for family wedding weekend

Wish we had more time to walk around the neighborhood and see the beautiful homes and tour the lighthouse museum. Only suggestion would be more bed pillows. You have many decorative pillows but not enough bed pillows. Thanks

Hidden Treasure

The property is a perfect location for anyone wanting privacy but also within walking distance to restaurants, etc. It has beautiful views of Lake Ontario and Sodus Bay. It's right across the street from the Light House Museum which has a beautiful park to just sit and enjoy the view or walk your dog. The cottage is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. We were looking for a place to stay near family and friends as we relocated to North Carolina a few years ago. This was perfect! We'll definitely stay there again. Our dog Blue is thankful as he was able to be with mom and dad for the whole stay as opposed to being in a kennel. One more thing! Chimney Bluffs state park is about 20 minutes away. Looking at the bluffs is just beautiful and surreal. I highly recommend anyone staying at the cottage or anywhere in the area to visit Chimney Bluffs state park. Take a walk along the shore and see the bluffs from that perspective or hike through the park and see the peaks of the bluffs from the trails. Thank you so much Martha and Mark!!! Hope to see y'all next year!

Cute and quiet

Perfect little cottage for relaxing! Sit out front and you can view the lake. Sit out back and you’re in your own little world. Great beds and comfortable furniture. We loved it and will be back!!

Perfect place in a great location

The house was great and was beyond what we expected. Spacious, well provisioned and everything in working order. We were blessed with great weather during our stay and made use of the back yard and the A/C inside. Beds were very comfortable and provide great nights rest. Very happy with our stay and will definitely be calling again on our next trip to Sodus Bay.
