The room looked clean, but as it turned out, the floor had never been washed for over price cleaning fee charged, as evidenced by the hairpin was found on the floor from the previous tenants. The place itself is very convenient, but parking is only available for hours when you check in and out, unlike a regular hotel: if you check in at 3:00 PM, you can park your car at 10:00 AM, and this very important detail isn't mentioned anywhere. "Owner was the most responsive of any I've ever worked with. He did his best to work on a few issues we had with the unit- not having parking permits, TV/ fireplace or their remotes not working. He responded multiple times, almost immediately each time, even while overseas. The place was clean with decent beds and in a perfect location. It would overall have been 5 stars were it not for the minor hassles."
