Very enjoyable stay while I was attending a course. Lovely managers and staff. Shame no meals other than breakfast available but I'm sure the managers will get this sorted soon. Ample parking. We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the loveliest staff! We were then kindly given an upgrade from a snug room to a superior double with lake views which absolutely made our stay! Such a king gesture. This is our 5th time visiting we try to make it at least twice a year!
