I thought it was a little pricey for the time of year and quality of the accommodations, especially considering the extensive renovations under way in the common areas. The location was close to the village shopping and dining, which was nice. The person we rented from (Mary) was great to deal with.

Fantastic Close of the Season Stay

Our family had a blast closing down the season at Snowshoe, and this unit was the perfect “home base.” Plenty of room for our family of four. Well stocked with kitchen items to help us cook all the food we brought, and a little convertible table we could all eat at together. Loved the little porch and the boot dryer was a fantastic amenity, as was the washer/dryer for a nightly load of ski stuff! Couldn’t have asked for a better, cozier place to spend the week.

Perfect location for ski-in1. ideal spot for ski-in and out accommodation

We had such a wonderful experience during our stay! The check-in process was super smooth, and there were plenty of luggage carts available to help us with our bags. Our condo felt cozy and was spotless, which made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for easy access to the chair lifts and slopes, this is definitely the spot for you! It was just a pleasant stroll to the village, too. My family and I had an amazing time, and we can’t wait to come back!

Trifecta of winter sports

Loved walking out our door and skiing down to the lift. We got numerous runs without any lines. Snowshoed loop near Silver Creek. Xc skied on way home in town of Cass. Loved the quaint village shops and restaurants. We especially liked the Appalachia Kitchen. Easy getting around with the shuttle service.

Property is excellent. Check-in was a little messy. Definitely not at 5pm, expect an hour to 2 hours delay. Other than waiting in the lobby with 50 other guests for two hours, Snowshoe is a great place to ski.

Amazing Condo

I highly recommend this condo It was perfect for our family of 5 ski trip. Location was perfect, easy access to village and lifts. Place was clean, cozy and updated. Convenient Location and Great Place

Loved the convenience of the Mountain Lodge. Unit was well stocked with the basics. Porch was nice. Excellent communication from the host in answering all my questions and even checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything.

Wonderful location- ski on/ski off was great and so close to The Village. The unit is cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Building amenities were fun too.

Cozy condo, great ski-in/out location

The great location spoiled us, I won't ever stay at a place where I need a 10-minute shuttle to get to the slopes. Cozy 2-bed 2-bath with a small shared space for watching tv. The kitchen w. microwave met all our needs. Temp of condo couldn't be controlled in unit due to high heat settings of the overall building...we opened the window (24F outside) to keep things 75F inside. We spent lots of time outside, the easy access to the slopes really was wonderful.

Good time

We enjoyed the location of the property, convenient for skiing. There have been recent upgrades to the bathrooms and kitchen. However the bedroom with one bed is very small and there is no dresser to unpack or put stuff on. There was only one luggage rack for 1 suitcase. The beds were new but very very firm.

Nice Condo in a Prime Location

This unit is very nicely renovated and furnished. The owner was great with communication and wanted to be sure we had the best possible experience. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean, and private parking was a plus. I wish we could give it 5 stars, but Mountain Lodge leaves a lot to be desired. To be clear, the location is top notch - this unit in particular is maybe a 1 minute walk out to skiing. The outside of Mountain Lodge looks very modern and new, but inside the building everything feels dated, dingy, and worn out. The entire building smells bad, and the hall carpet looks like it's 30 years old. For some reason the building is always hot too - even when it was 15 degrees outside, it was 75 in our bedroom with the heat turned off. The owners have a nice unit in a great location, but we will choose someplace other than Mountain Lodge on our next visit to Snowshoe.

Ski week.

We had a great time at the mountain lodge condo. The lodge itself is older but the condo has been updated. We loved being able to leave the building and go right to the slopes! The condo is so close to everything. Great communication with the host. Will plan to stay again.
