  • THE SPACE

    IMPORTANT: AS 326-330 is a package of TWO SEPARATE, INDEPENDENT condos — AS 326 (1BR) and AS 328-330 (2BR) — that are next door to each other. There is NO interior connecting door between them. Each condo has its own front door, entrance, and private space. You will book both together for your group's exclusive use.

    This is what makes it exceptional: your group gets two side-by-side condos, giving part of the group a completely private space just steps from the rest. 3 total bedrooms, 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas — ideal for large multi-family or friend-group trips who want togetherness with privacy.

    Unit AS 328-330 (2BR): 1 king bed (bedroom 1) + 2 queen beds (bedroom 2) + queen-over-full bunk beds + queen sleeper sofa
    Maximum Occupancy: 14 guests

    ⚠️ IMPORTANT — SEPARATE UNITS: AS 326 and AS 328-330 are two completely independent condos with their own front doors. There is NO interior connecting door between them. Guests walk out their front door into the shared hallway to move between units. This is by design — it gives your group both togetherness and full privacy.

    This building has a heated outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, and a fitness center. Ski-in/ski-out, Village Central.

    Allegheny Springs is Snowshoe Mountain's flagship building, located directly in Village Central at the base of the Ballhooter Lift. All building amenities listed below are shared facilities managed and operated by Snowshoe Mountain Resort.

If you are looking for ultimate convenience, this is a great place to stay. Location could not be beat. Right in the middle of everything. Restaurants, shopping, and coffee are all less than a minute walk. The main ski lift was right outside the ski lockers. The view was perfect too. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
