The property is nice and has everything you need. It’s been renovated and much nicer than other properties in the same building. The building has a very convenient laundry room on every floor. The location is great for skiing and hanging out in the village. The only negative is that the property is a very small one bedroom. The living area is very tight. It’s perfect for a couple, but it is too tight for 4 people.

Great location

First, the actual room was clean and in a great location. However, the complex is VERY OUTDATED. It looks like they have never done an update. Carpet in the hallways are torn. You have no way of adjusting the heat in your room. I was told that the whole building is set to a Temperature and you can’t change it. It is SO HOT!! Dirty sheets, etc. were pilled up in the hallway going to our room. A LOT of dirty laundry. The garbage bins are also in the hallways gathering everyone’s garbage which gives the place a fowl smell. Pros…they provide large lockers downstairs to store your ski equipment which is very convenient. They are $15 a day. You are right on the slopes when you walk outside. You are very close to the village.

Great Location/Great Deal

Check in was easy, the owner was very communicative, distance to slopes from the unit was minimal, building parking and amenities were great, the central village with all the bars/restaurants/shops is very close (less than 1 min walk). We would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Mountain Lodge 363! Clean, comfortable, well supplied. The ski in/out location is super convenient, as well as being able to take short walk to village. The kitchen was perfect to be able to feed our hungry crew after a day on the slopes. They responded immediately to requests when we saw something that needed fixing upon arrival.

Everything you need or could want

A little dated, but a great place to stay with all the dishes, appliances, and conveniences you could want. Being on the third floor is a bit of a pain, but not a big problem.

Fall getaway

Very nice place to stay, although we came between summer and winter seasons and not much was open on the mountain but enjoyed the fall scenery. Accommodations were perfect for the 2 of us. Very comfortable bed and kitchen had everything we needed.

This was the perfect little home-away-from-home just for me. Tim and his staff were wonderful, and the lodging room was cute, cozy, comfortable and convenient. My stay was also a very restful and relaxing visit, and although I was traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable.

Property was as advertised. Host is very easy to work with, communicative, with flexible. Check in at the front desk was a breeze. The property itself is dated and worn, and very pricey for what you get, but this is the norm for Snowshoe Village.

Prompt response, convenient location, & great value

Manager/Owner is professional. Very quick to response. We needed new batteries for one of the TV remotes and they were delivered to our door within minutes of making the request. Would definitely stay here again. Convenient to slopes and Village.

great one bedroom at Snowshoe Mountain Lodge

This is a great one bedroom in Mountain Lodge hard by the Ballhooter lift. From the outside door you are less than ten level steps to the top of the lift and the trails down the mountain to the base with Ballhooter or Eagle Express. The unit is located at the far end of the south end of the condo building which makes for a bit of a hike inside to the outside door but does remove you from the noise of the lobby and elevators. This is my fourth rental in Mountain Lodge and one of the best. (I noticed they are in the process of adding balconies to the units as I write this so that should be complete soon.) Most of the furnishing and equipment are pretty standard and make for a very comfortable stay for your ski vacation. The one bedroom has a very comfortable bed with nice linens and a pull out sofa bed in the main room (which I did not use). The unit is perfect for one, two, or a couple with a child. In addition to the cable TV there’s also a Roku for streaming and wifi was stable and fast for my entire stay. There are plenty of plugs for chargers, etc. The stove is a five burner which makes for plenty of cooking space; I cooked most of my meals here every day and the Snowshoe grocery is a short walk across the parking lot. Unlike some units in Mountain Lodge there was a kitchen island with lots of storage space and room for four stools. But there are some things that make this stand out. Kudos for the bench outside in the hall where you can take of your ski boots without dragging in snow on the carpet. Likewise, the door stop is a great addition and the first unit I’ve rented to have this; no more slammed doors while trying to get your skis, poles, boot, and other ski essentials into the condo. Have fun and if you need a one bedroom this is a good fit.

Great stay and super responsive host

I decided to book a last minute trip to get in some skiing between meetings as I work remotely. Host was extremely accommodating and responsive to my questions. Easy access to the slopes. All the essentials in the unit. Wifi allowed me to be on video calls. Would recommend.

Best location

My adult son wanted to stay on this property (Mountain Lodge) due to the location, being right next to the lift. This was the perfect location to be near the lift, and all the shops and restaurants at The Village. The location could not have been any better. The parking lot is gated and there is a guard attendant. You get one parking pass per bedroom, which was perfect for us because we all came in one car. Check in was easy and they gave us a key for all 3 guests. The condo was nice and had all the furnishings one would need. The rest of the building is quite dated, but did not take away from the experience. We will definitely return and try out of some of Tim's other properties. There was a discrepancy on the room rate after booking, but Tim was quick to respond and fix the situation. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Spot!

My husband and I attended the 4848 music festival in Sept 2021 and this was a wonderful place to stay! It was super quiet, had all the amenities we needed and Tim was super responsive & helpful. We are going to the festival again 2022 and will be renting one of Tim's properties again!

Treasure on the Mountain Stay

Nice to stay onsite for the event. Property was clean and as described. Obviously primarily a ski resort, no central air and stand alone unit is in living room for venting, making bedroom a little warm. Otherwise a good unit and worth the rate I paid.

Nicely decorated 1BR near the lift. Has a/c. Clean. Only quibble was the kitchen utensil selection. Scissors, tongs, whisk... Should be even nicer when the decks are completed for the whole building.
