My primary reason for selecting this property was the Ski-in/Ski-out feature. Upon arrival, I was informed this access had been unavailable for over a month due to weather conditions. I believe that providing advance notice of such a significant service interruption would have been appropriate, as it would have allowed me to manage my expectations or adjust my travel plans. Furthermore, I encountered some challenges regarding room comfort. When I requested additional blankets, I was informed that none were available due to high occupancy. The linens provided did not reflect the high standard or the premium price point of this hotel. I believe there is a significant opportunity to improve both communication and guest services to ensure the experience aligns with the hotel's reputation and pricing.""
