Great place!
We loved this cute condo. As others have mentioned, it’s an ideal location. The hot tub and pool were awesome. The condo itself was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Perfect Ski In/Out spot
Everything we needed for a ski in/out vacation! Location is right by the slopes, next to the hottubs, and right above the snowmass mall area for food/shopping. Unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We’ll look for this unit again next time we’re in Aspen/Snowmass

Spent a week skiing at Snowmass . The location and amenities at the property were great . ! Was able to easily communicate with owner and she kept checking in to see if things were good . Less than 5 minute walk to slopes or down to snowmass mall . Condo well equipped and we would definitely book this unit again 👍😊

Amazing Condo In Snowmass
Spent an excellent 4 nights with my wife and two small children. Spacious nicely appointed condo steps from the hot tub & pool. Two minute walk to upper village and adjacent to the slopes.

The property had very serious maintenance issues. VRBO should have never had it listed, it reflects very poorly on the quality of rentals offered on your website.

I am very sorry you had a horrible stay. The moment you told me the shower handle was loose ( but still working) I ordered a new one. This is the mountains, it took 10 days to arrive, after your stay. If I had installed a different shower handle model, I have to break into the tile in the wall to change the valve . The day you left you told me the bedroom heater was loose, which was promptly fixed for the next stay. VRBO is not a management company and does not inspect units.

Nice condo. Less than 3 minute walk to the slopes (in ski boots). Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable mattress. Hot tubs (two), pool, fitness room (small) and sauna only a few steps away.

Nice condo. Perfect location.
Great condo. Nice pool and hot tub. Very close to everything. The only issue was this really rude neighbors upstairs walking on ski boots and figthing in the middle of the night.

Very nice place
This is a great little apartment in a great ski in and out location. It was very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and overall cozy! The TV and internet did not work while we were there, so I only gave 4 stars, but if that had been up, would have been a 5 for sure. Hostess was very nice, but a little slow to respond.

One bedroom condo on slope.
Needs some repair in the bathroom...bath water handle was nearly falling off and hope the next person doesn't have a problem. Range/oven is ancient and not sure the oven worked. Pots/pans need replacing. Still, things worked and no significant issues. Great location - right on the slope. You might try looking for something at same price that has been updated.

Hello Kevin, I wish you had told me during your stay there was a problem with the shower handle so I could get it fixed during your stay and before the next stay. The oven and range are 7 years old. I like gas ovens since I like to cook. 24 " x 24" gas oven ( which is what fits best in a small place) are not stylish and very hard to find. If you know of a more stylish one please tell me the brand. I spent hours finding the most stylish one when I replaced it 7 years ago. This is also the oven and range shown in the photos. The apartment has a blender, a steamer , and a variety of pots and pans. I love to cook, so I would love to know what was missing ( or what was old, since I am always buying what is missing). The dishware are from the late 1960s, but I like the style, and have actually had to scour ebay for replacements. Thank you for your feedback.

Wonderful Condo in Snowmass
My husband, two sons, 5 & 8, and I had such a great time in Snowmass at this condo! We loved this location because we were right by the restaurants, shops and lifts at Snowmass Mall. We enjoyed Aspenwood. The hot tub right out our door was so nice. Parking was easy and being on the first floor made loading/unloading a breeze. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!

Great spot in Snowmass Village by mall
This was a great spot to stay! The location is walking distance to the mall. The home is tastefully designed and was the perfect size for me. The patio is spacious, but I did not go out there since it was so cold out. My only complaint is that the walls are thin, and you can hear your neighbors talking, moving around, throwing a party, or doing construction. Aside from the occasional noise, everything else was great.

Great location and condo!
Location was perfect. We really liked being on the ground floor (we would watch people carry skis up two flights of stairs above us everyday and we were so glad we didn’t have to do that!). You can see the hot tub from the window of the apartment. It is super close. The ski hill is also ridiculously close and we walked to it every day. Great fireplace. Comfortable beds - even the pullout couch was comfortable. Owner was great to deal with and very prompt in responding to any questions. We plan to rent this same condo again in the future!

Excellent apartment close to the slopes
Stayed at this property in Feb 2020. Lovely apartment with a separate bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen for self catering. Easy access to the slopes from the property (only a 5 min walk) and not too far up the hill from the Snowmass mall. It has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable, including a good range of TV channels on cable. Good storage in the bedroom for all the ski clothing etc (a closet with hangers and a large chest of drawers with nice deep drawers). There is a gated hot tub area, but I didn't use this and a coin operated laundry in a separate building (again I didn't need to use it). Apartment was clean and in good condition. I would stay here again!

Nice condo near slopes
The condo is clean, modern, spacious, quiet, and well equipped. The location is excellent. It is a short walk to both the slopes and Snowmass Mall, which has a large variety of restaurants. If you wish to cook at the condo, however, you should be aware that there is no place within walking distance to buy food and other provisions. The hot tub is just a few steps away. We enjoyed the fireplace.

Four days stay in beautiful Snowfall Village

Just the basics
The location was perfect for the venue. We enjoyed our stay. We did have to speak to the upstairs neighbors because they were loud and jumping on their floor. The smell of natural gas was super overpowering when we entered. After opening the doors and windows for the evening, it seemed a bit better. We would rent this place again. It felt clean and the bed was comfy.

Great location and accommodation
I've just come back from a week and a half of hiking in the Rockies, using Snowmass Village as a base. The Village itself is in a great location and has good facilities while the apartment had everything I needed. Sofia (the owner) provided very comprehensive directions and general information, and was prompt and helpful in dealing with a couple of minor questions I had. I've I'm back in the area again, I'd definitely think about staying here again. Paul (England)

Nice unit, nice location, easy access to Snowmass slopes
My wife and I were on a trip for a long weekend and it was a nice place to stay. Walking distance to plenty of eateries/bars. A few things about the unit that need to be addressed though. Fireplace doesn't really work or didn't have sufficient instructions for us to figure out how to get it to work. That only matters for ambience, not for heat because the floor/baseboard heaters were more than enough. Functionally, everything else worked fine. Parking is NOT included with your rental. There is an easy access parking lot within very close walking distance, but you will pay $10 per day if the owner has put you on the parking permit list prior to your stay. If you fail to get a parking permit while you are there, it will be a $30.00 fee, so be sure to find the parking lot office as soon as you get there so you don't have to deal with the penalty. Finally, I would stay in this unit again, especially now that I know the ins-and-outs of the property.

Great location!
Great location about a 100 yard walk to Fanny Hill slope & Village Expresslift. Great hot tub steps from door and heated outdoor pool next to it. Only two levels of steps down down to bus pickup and Snowmass village mall. Paper products apparently not provided and had 1/2 box Kleenex & <1 roll of toliet paper for 6 days/4 people. No TP or paper towels sold anywhere at Snowmass village mall so required a trip to a store. Had brought food with us but didn't expect lack of paper products. The kitchen is very small but does have full refridge and has all needed appliances - no coffee or creamer & only a few spices supplied however. The bathroom sink was clogged on arrival (late evening) so called 1st thing next am 12/31 & told it was a "holiday" so no repair - told use kitchen sink or go buy draino (none of that sold locally either) and didn't come to fix until 1/3 so only kitchen sink to use for 4 people for 4 days of a 6 day stay! The fireplace knob to turn on fireplace would not turn despite repeated attempts so no fireplace use. Plenty of towels provided & a few small sample size shampoo/lotion provided. The unit is small and 4 was definitely the limit which the owner did clarify this. Overall cozy, comfortable, and convenient except for sink issue which was eventually fixed.

Hi Carolyn, I finally have upgraded my fireplace. Getting the parts and service took a few months in Snowmass, but it is now controlled on the wall and no longer has the problematic knob dial. I have spoken to the property manager about the TP and paper towel quantity. I am sorry about the clogged sink and have spoken to the property manager about it. Thank you for your stay, Sofia

Fabulous ground floor condo.

We had a good time in our Aspenwood condo. The owner was very accommodating. We would not hesitate to rent from her again. The condo itself was neat and efficiently arranged--nothing fancy but all we needed for a comfortable stay. The jacuzzi and hot tub were pleasant extras. Highly recommended.

Perfect!
I booked this property for an extended stay. This is a perfect unit in a perfect location. The unit is comfortable, stylish, and well stocked with kitchen items, towels, etc. Location-wise, this unit provides great access to skiing, hiking, and public transit into Aspen. While the off-season can be a little quiet in Snowmass Village, during summer and winter, there are great places to eat and drink that are just a few steps away. Finally, two great hot tubs complete the experience. Clean, hot, and set in a picture-esque setting.

Attractive, comfortable, great location.
We were quite pleased with our stay at this cozy and handsome condo. The location is excellent: it's a short walk downhill to Snowmass Village Mall, and it's a short walk in ski boots to the slope. Clean, well appointed condo close to the slopes
I stayed a week in January of 2016 with my wife and 2 boys (ages 4 and 7). It was the perfect amount of space for us. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa. My wife and one son slept in the bedroom and I slept on the pullout with my other son. The pullout was very comfortable for a pullout. The kitchen is a reasonable size. We ate breakfast every morning and made dinner twice during our week without any problems. There are some left over condiments like sugar, coffee, salt, pepper and vegetable oil. It saves you from having to buy these items since you only need a little during a short stay. The slopes are a little walk past the Westin. After the first day, we were able to put our skis on and ski to the base within a minute. The first day we walked down two flights of stairs and took the Skittles gondola down to the base. It was very convenient. The hot tub is a few steps from the front door. It was close enough that we stopped taking towels to the hot tub and instead, would just pop out of the hot tub and run back to the condo for warm towels. The laundry room is a few steps up from the condo. Be sure to buy your own laundry detergent and bring quarters. There are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. No one else used those facilities the two times we did our laundry. This condo is unbeatable when you consider the cost. We ski in Snowmass yearly and will definitely be back. We are already looking at dates and will try to grab this condo as soon as we can.

Nice property, great location.
We stayed for a week at this 1 bedroom condo in Snowmass. It is a great location. A short walk to and from the slopes and the Snowmass mall. It is also an easy bus ride to the other slopes and the town of Aspen. It is simply decorated but clean and functional. First sleeper sofa that we found comfortable enough to sleep on. My daughter slept on it all week and said it was fine. We had four people (myself and my wife with my two grown kids) the first 3 days and that was kind of crowded. Better suited for 2-3 adults. Sofia did a great job working with us and was very responsive with any questions. Only issue all week was the oven, which is pretty dated and in need of repair. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.

Thank you. I will definitely get the oven repaired. The oven is only 10 years old. Unfortunately, when I bought it I wanted a gas oven ( I love to cook) and very small oven ( 24" x 30") since it was a small kitchen. This oven was the only choice on the market, and it was not very stylish. When I replace it, maybe there will be a better-looking small gas oven.
