Great Ski Condo Setup
With 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms made this a great ski condo setup for 4 unrelated adults. Some of us had to work a little, as well as ski, so the study area was perfect to accomplish that. Ample space for privacy. Loved the gas cooktop stove for cooking dinners. Nice view of Snowmass ski hill. Good transportation on the free ski shuttle. Owner very responsive to our texts.

Fantastic Everything!
Four of us came for a ski week at Snowmass. The place was as described online... and even more roomy than expected. The kitchen was really well stocked--we cooked every night we were there. There were spices and enough pots/pans/implements that we weren't lacking anything! (We also brought some of our own spices and a cast iron pan!) Andy was VERY responsive... absolutely fantastic to communicate with. He responded within minutes to a couple of questions. The three bedrooms are on three levels... so someone needs to be willing to trot up a couple of flights of stairs to stay in the top queen bed... Great location and sooo convenient to jump on Two Creeks ski chair. We will definitely come back here! Thanks, Andy!

Great Snowmass condo
Great condo! We saved considerable $$ by not having to rent a car. We took taxi to & from Aspen airport, then used busses to get to slopes & into Aspen. With three levels, we had plenty of room for two couples. The second floor has its own sitting area outside the bedroom.

Great Place & Awesome Location

Relaxing vacation in a great location
We recently had a very nice family vacation staying at Andy's condo. His place was perfect for a family of four and the location was close to everything that we wanted to explore. The one thing that I regret was not using the public transportation earlier and more often. It's so easy and the stop is right by the unit. Andy is an EXCELLENT host. He answered all of my questions and was extremely responsive. He provided great directions and suggestions. First class! We would certainly stay here again.

Very Satisfied!
The unit lived up to its listing. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths gave each person(s) the space they needed. The bus stop was right at the complex. With the bus service provided by the town, you don't need a car. Andy was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Lovely Condo
We had an excellent time at this property right by Snowmass! The proximity to the shuttle was excellent and allowed our group to have different schedules for skiing each day. I'd highly recommend this property to a group or family who is looking for the ability to explore the 4-peak area!

Great ski trip
Location is perfect to hop on the bus. Everything was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. No hot tub in the winter which we didn’t realize but great stay overall

The hot tub is indeed open. It’s behind the pool, which is only open in the summer. Hot tub is covered however, so this may lead you to believe it was close. I apologize for the lack of communication on this.

All the things we needed
Andy's place was amazing. Exactly as pictured, so easy to get to and check-in was so simple. He really has great communication. All the unexpected niceties were there too: bbq grill, full kitchen, toiletries. Beds were so comfortable. Travel to and from Snowmass resort was also really easy. Great Location, Great Host
This condo was perfect for our families. We were two families each with a teenager. We loved the 3 levels for the bedrooms and baths! Bus stop was so close! Andy was a fabulous host. This place made visiting ( and skiing ) the Aspen area affordable for our middle income families! Thank you, Andy!

I stand by my withholding some of the security deposit. I'm sorry I didn't hold back more. This was the third time since I've been renting that my housekeeping service has advised me to hold back some of the security deposit. Thankfully, I have a good track record of guests respecting my family condo and not treating it like a cheap hotel room. This guest caused the following issues: 1. Broke the grill. Was allowed to run too long and the starter and some of the knobs were burnt out. Replacing. 2. Left a pile of garbage in the fireplace. There were signs that they tried to burn plastics! This includes plastic joint tubes (it's a non-smoking condo). Parts of the fireplace were also damaged and are being replaced. 3. Two skillets missing. Just gone! Probably ruined by guests and discarded. 4. Burn hole in new rug. Again, it's non-smoking condo. 5. Bed frame broken. 6. I do not advertise anywhere in the VRBO listing that we have a pull out couch. It is not in good shape and not up to acceptable standards for my guests. I typically go out of my way to make sure my guests have the best possible stay possible. I take pride in being very quick to respond to any guest issues and to do whatever I can to help make the guest experience as fantastic as possible. This guest retaliated, after trashing my condo, for me having to hold back security deposit monies. In my 6 years of renting the condo, this is the third time I have held back monies. It stinks that a review like this is allowed to remain. It brings down my outstanding review record, which includes a vast majority of 5 star reviews. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns related to this review or anything else related to my family condo.

Andy is a great host! He kept us up to date with all the COVID-19 guidelines of the county. All his suggestions regarding activities, where to eat and buy groceries were great. What an ideal location and perfect property for a week of skiing
This property is the prime example of why I love Vrbo. Everything at the house was just as advertised. Check-in process was super easy. The hot tub on the back side of the property was glorious. Great location and very convenient to Snowmass. The bus system was a breeze. The host, Andy, was very accessible and communicative.

We were unfortunately not able to make our reservation due to a major snow storm hitting the area and delaying our arrival by 3 days. instead of keeping 100% of our money he gave me a partial refund and the rest in credits for a future stay. I spoke with VRBO support and they said that NEVER happens and most owners just keep the money. We cant thank the owners enough and we will see you in a couple weeks!

Thanks for the nice review! The satisfaction of our guests is the #1 thing to me. Weather in Aspen is always unpredictable. That said, we encourage all our guests to get travel insurance. It is not our policy to issue refunds in weather cases, and future guests should not expect this outcome. This was an exception to our policy due to other circumstances. Thanks again!! -Andy

Great Condo to spread out in!
We stayed here over President’s Day weekend with our 3 kids, ages 9, 7 and 3. This was a perfect place to stay! Lots of amenities, like board games, a Wii console and a great kitchen and dining room. The parking was outstanding and fit our large SUV with ease. Loading and unloading was a breeze and taking the shuttle to and from the resort was super convenient. It was also quiet, which is helpful when you’re putting little ones to bed early. The bed and bath linens were really nice and we all slept comfortably. Andy went above and beyond in his communication and he is a great host! Thanks for everything!

Convenient to Snowmass and very comfie
Clean & comfie 3 bedroom place to stay with family. Kitchen had everything that was needed to make breakfasts and cook dinners. Bus route is practically right out the front door. Buses go through pretty much non-stop during the day. Make sure you tell the driver you are stopping at “Blue Roofs” on way back through or pull the line around the church. Sometimes the bus windows are hard to see out of. Andy was extremely helpful. We went to 3 different ski resorts while we were visiting CO and this place had the best communication and information. An added bonus: the washer and dryer are both in unit (versus within the villas). We found that the other 2 places we stayed had washer/dryer variations that were not easily accessible.

Great Family Vacation
Andy is the perfect host. He was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. The condo is exactly as the listing states. The location of the condo is perfect. Across the street from the bus stop, 3 minute drive to Snowmass Village, 15 minute drive to Aspen. The views from the condo are stunning. The kitchen is well equipped. The rooms and beds are comfortable. We would stay here again.

Seriously, look no further!!!
I’m not sure where to start. Everything was superb! The location was perfect and the view was stunning. We were at base village within 10 mins from door to door. The condo was so clean and absolutely comfortable for our family of 5. But the best of all was Andy. We use VRBO all the time and have never experienced such personal service. His communication was always fast and clear. He offered himself and his time to make our stay as comfortable & enjoyable as possible. Thank you Andy for taking such good care of your guests. Perfect place for a small group or a few couples.
Overall the Condo was great and Andy was extremely easy to work with. It is updated with nice amenities and very clean. It is also in a very convenient location for the bus stop to get all around snowmass mountain and snowmass village. If you are looking for something in close proximity to Downtown Aspen this is not a bad choice; however it is roughly a 25-30 minute bus ride due to the number of stops along the way. The hot tub for the complex (not specific to this Condo) is underwhelming, as it is not much bigger than a large bathtub. Attempting to relax after a day on the slopes led us (a group of 5) turning around and heading back to the condo as it was not appealing to try to cram into the tub. Overall a great unit that I would recommend to anybody looking to stay mountainside and enjoy everything the area has to offer!

The location was great, the view out the back door was INCREDIBLE, and Andy was super attentive and quick to respond with anything we needed. Loved having the three levels in the condo.
