  • Large family home located right on Adams Avenue (intermediate ski run). Ski-in and out from the backyard. Wonderful views of the valley from the main living area and the 2 decks. Amenities include hot tub, large open living area, vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, and fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for a large gathering or a couple of families!

My group of 9 found this property to be extremely spacious and roomy! The ski in/out experience made for a lovely time on the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking hardware. The view overlooking the mountain was astonishing. We all felt very comfortable and found it to be an incredible value for our stay!

The photos do not do this house justice! We stayed here for an friend reunion, Aspen ski trip and were delighted by the charm and quirkiness of what was obviously a well-loved family home. The kitchen is large and well stocked for large groups. We had the fireplace going every night thanks to the well stocked woodpile. Ski in ski out off of Adam's Ave cannot be beat!

End of season getaway

While the property is dated and has a funky layout, the location can't be beat and the size to accommodate our group was greatly appreciated.

Friends Reunion

We had a group of 9 friends that are now scattered across the country, this was our annual get together and the house was perfect for cooking for our large group, with beds for everyone, and easy access to and from the mountain.

Excellent stay in Snowmass for our annual jazz weekend. Huge house that is perfect for large groups. Everyone has their own comfortable space. Hop on the mtb right from the front door. Highly recommend!

Family Ski Trip

Loved our stay at this ski in/out home! Very unique layout with lots of stairs to help keep your legs ready for a day on the slopes! Also, beautiful views of the mountain from inside the home and hot tub!

Amazing vacation!!!

Absolutely incredible house! So much space, very clean, huge kitchen and dining table. Dinners were epic! We all loved being able to be together comfortably during meals. Hot tub was a great bonus. Perfect ski-in/ski-out location. I hope to book again!

Annual Boys Trip!

The house is perfectly situated ski in/out at Snowmass. The trail is literally 3 feet outside the front door! The house functioned well with lots of cookware, spices, a fantastic fireplace, and room for everyone! We had a great time and would return for sure!

Great ski in ski out

Great house for large family. Kitchen well stocked. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Ski in ski out was perfect. Enjoy having a garage to park vehicle. Great room to take on and of skiing gear. Would definitely book again.

Family Skiing Holiday

Great accommodations. Great views. Mgr. accommodated our complicated 3 family schedule. Easy access to skiing. Downside was lack of window treatments to screen out sunrise.

The house was definitely dated but overall well kept! I wish it would have been cleaner than it was. Great sleeping areas for a multiple family or friend adventure. There were a few disappointments such as no Air Conditioning, missing screens on the windows which we had to open since it was 88 during the day and with Toddlers I felt this was unsafe. The back patio was precious but had cigarette butts all on it and not cleaned.

Great ski in Ski out location

Great location Aspen Snowmass. We were a group of nine guys with a bed for everyone. Large living room and Dining table. Would have liked unit to have large propane grill as the only supplied is a smaller charcoal grill. Your party must be able to climb stairs as they are multiple levels to this home. Also getting in and oit of some tub showers requires a large step up.

Great place for large groups. Quiet with beautiful view.

We needed a place with lots of bedrooms for our extended family attending a wedding in Aspen. The house had everything we needed. It is well equipped and comfortably furnished with lots of privacy and a great view of the mountains. On the whole it was a great place to stay, However, because the house is built on a slope, rooms are on many different levels so you must climb a lot of stairs to get around. This could be problematic for people who have problems with stairs, especially if you are not used to the altitude. Also, the shower/whirlpool bath in one of the bathrooms was difficult to get in and out of.

Beautiful Views/Beautiful Home 7/29/2023

Beautiful Home. Large and spacious. The wonderful thing about it was location. We saw bear and deer from our kitchen window. Everything was spacious and room. I will echol some of the other reviews when they said there are no window coverings so the sun gets you up at 5AM. The house has stairs to everything (there are 4 levels). The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a large family (our family is 10 people). My only kitchen comment was that the oven (Bosch) was stuck at 350 degrees and would not change. I called property management and they were addressing the issue. I would definitely ro-book this house for our family
