"This property and its owner were everything we look for in a vacation rental. Listing is as an old farm house does not do it justice. The owner has carefully curated it it with an electric collection of furniture ,pottery and various hand crafted items. She has put her heart and soul into this house and you can feel.it ad soon as you step inside. "Views from the front porch were amazing. Listening to the bird calls while being able to see wild ponies from the deck made it very relaxing. Communication with the host was fast and quick responses. Having the large yard allowed our dogs room to enjoy the house. Enough open space on first floor for the dog crates."

"There was left over food from previous tenets and there was only one trash bag in the home. Several fixtures were not working properly ie kitchen sink faucet would turn on, on its own and there were several lights out both in the garage and the downstairs bathroom."

"Enjoyed having a beach front balcony, and bayside balcony. There was only one chair on beach front balcony, but we had a comfortable beach chair along to use for a 2nd chair on that balcony. The bayside balcony was actually a room with two tables and a nice size open window to view the sunsets. We had a very pleasant three-night stay."

"The real star of this apartment is the balcony and stunning ocean view. We love Ocean City and loved our time here. The hours spent on the patio were totally idyllic— it being so high up made it possible to soak up the sun and sit outside, even in late November. That said, there are a few things that we wish we’d known in advance: - it’s a tight space, so expect intimacy with your traveling companion! - you’re expected to bring your own linens.
