Perfect location. Well appointed home, with all the things you need. Steve and Lori were amazing hosts. Great place for multiple families to stay. The beach was amazing and we loved the seating area on top of the dune. The elevator saved our back and sanity when moving luggage and groceries from the car to top floor. We would definitely come back.

Spent Thanksgiving here and hope to do it again next year! The house was absolutely stunning, clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was the most well stocked I’ve see at a rental. And Steve was an absolute wonderful host. The views and watching dolphins from the top deck couldn’t be beat!

Beautiful house with amazing beach views. The elevator made life so much easier with bringing in luggage and groceries. Hot tub and pool really added to the relaxing vacation experience. Private beach access was convenient and the seating was great for enjoying morning coffee with an ocean breeze. Bedrooms were roomy, bathrooms were plentiful, and the living room was perfect for down time. All around perfect vacation.

This property is beautiful and in a perfect spot. The home is beautiful, and the private beach access is a real luxury. A special moment for us was when our children were able to see sea turtles hatch for the first time directly in front of the home! This stay was exceptional, and the owners were friendly and helpful.

Excellent location in North Topsail with gorgeous ocean views. Sitting in the hot tub looking at the ocean was one of our families favorite activities. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Bring trash bags and paper products.

Great home!

Beautiful home and great location. The home was very clean and is exactly as pictured. Very thankful to have the linens ready to go! With a small child having the beach access so close made it easy to go back and forth. The pool is such an added bonus when you need a break from the sand. The view off the kitchen is hard to top! Owners have done a wonderful job with this house. Hope to return again soon.

Beautiful home

This home is gorgeous. Everything we needed was at this house. We loved splitting up our days between the beach and the back yard pool. The ground floor ice maker was a very nice surprise. I highly recommend renting this house.

Lovely, well-appointed, family home on the beach

This was the most well-appointed rental home we have ever stayed at. Every kitchen tool we brought, except the rotary hard cheese grater, was available in the kitchen. Previous guests (and the owners) left a nice variety of herbs and spices for cooking. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms accomodated our two teens and five adults very comfortably. The beds were all comfortable. The bed and bath linens come from a laundry service packed in shrink wrap so you know they are clean and sanitary. We barely used the pool and sat on the beach every day. We rented beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and Bocci ball and corn hole games. Be sure to rent the larger arched shade - it provides a lot more shade than the typical beach umbrella. The large hot tub on the third floor deck was used every day. It was clean and problem free. The interior of the home was decorated very tastefully with quality sofas and chairs. The wifi speed was good and has good reach on the second and third floors including the decks. All seven of us give this beach house (that feels like a family home) an 'A+' and would definitely consider renting it again.

Perfect family beach house

Our adult kids and 2 year old granddaughter had a wonderful time for the second year. The house has plenty of room for privacy and spending time together, as well as easy beach access. It is beautifully appointed with all of the amenities you could ask for.

Wonderful Beach Week

The absolute best!

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the property owner. Our stay with seamless from check-in to check out. There were a few questions that I had for Steve over the course of our stay and he was very prompt in texting or calling back. In addition, the check in information that he sent by email prior to our stay had every detail we needed. There was nothing left to chance or to question. The rooms were spotless, and the linens included in the linen package were perfect. It was the first time that I had used the linen service at Topsail Beach so I was a little nervous about it. However, the sheets and towels were spotless and soft. No complaints! We have stayed at other houses at this particular beach, some just a couple of blocks down. And I’m not sure of the reason, but in this house, it did not feel like we were constantly tracking in sand, or having to sweep up the sand in the house. It was amazing. Being in the house with no sand, while still being at the beach was spectacular! The hot tub on the upper deck is a great bonus, and it is brand new, at least it seems so, and very clean. We were able to sit in there at night and in the evenings and look out to the ocean with the LED lights on in the tub. The pool in the backyard was also amazing. It’s not a huge pool, but there was plenty of space in it for six adults and two kids. I have so many more great things to say, but I have maxed out the characters allowed. Thank you Steve for an amazing trip!

We had the most wonderful, relaxing, refreshing stay! We had everything we could possibly need, they thought of everything! We felt as if we were at our own home, so comfortable! Wonderful home!

The house is beautiful and accommodated all our needs and more. Plenty of room to be together or be alone. The kitchen is well equipped, the pool was great and the ocean views perfect, even in stormy weather. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend.

We have enjoyed several stays over the winter. This year, the owner called me ahead of time to warn of beach restoration activities. Very courteous and totally unnecessary on our end but a welcome sign that this owner really want folks to have the best time possible at the home. It has everything you’d need and amazing beach access and amenities.

Perfect summer vacation!

This house is in a great location. Our family loved being across from the ocean with such easy access and also loved the backyard pool and screened-in area. The house was clean, decorated nicely, and had everything that we needed for our stay. The owner was easy to communicate with. The area was peaceful and quiet. Our family hopes to return.

Fabulous vacation

We had an amazing week relaxing and enjoying our annual family vacation at this beautiful home. We had several gorgeous beach days, the guys had a couple of golf days (their favorite course was Bear Trail) we went to the Escape Room, which was fun for all even the youngest grandkids, and did a half day excursion to Wilmington to tour the U.S.S. North Carolina which everyone loved. We went out to eat everyday and give a thumbs up to Rick’s, Cancun Mexican restaurant, New York Corner Deli, Coastal Wings and Spirits, and High Waters Sports Bar and Grill. The grandkids loved the bunk room and family room and it was nice to have the separation when the adults were upstairs. We enjoyed the pool but spent most of the good weather days at the beach. I highly recommend this home, it has everything you could want to enjoy your time at the beach!
