Sea La Vie Coastal Cottage with Hot tub
- This coastal cottage is a great gathering place for large families or just a cozy couple. The big open floor plan has plenty of seating for dining or playing games, and a big cozy sectional to watch tv. The kitchen is fully stocked to feed an army. the 1st bedroom has a queen bed. the 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds and a game table and chairs. the third bedroom is the huge master suite, with a king bed and a queen size pull out sleeper sofa. the master bath has a double vanity and stand up shower and a large garden tub. there are walk-in closets in all the bedrooms. the laundry room is equipped with washer dryer and a dry rack and folding table. The front covered deck is a great place for an early cup of coffee or an afternoon beverage. The covered back deck is perfect for watching the kids play on the swing set, in the private fenced in back yard or watching people enjoy the hot tub. All bedding and bath towels provided free of charge. Just bring your swim suits and beach towels.

Definitely recommend!
The check in and out processed were simple. I am not a fan of hotels so this was perfect, and only a few minutes from the coast. Carol was very nice and informative and suggested restaurants and beach access. Overall very nice.

Homey Beach Themed Getaway
Sea La Vie Coastal Cottage was spacious and very comfortable. Although we didn’t need all of the sleeping accommodations, there was ample space and bedding for a large group. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner and found we had most of the necessary tools we needed to make the meal great. The decor is beautiful and we were greeted with a basket full of snacks and information along with a warm welcome message.
Check in and out procedures were easy. If we find we need to come back to visit again with our whole family, we will contact Carol to see what she has available.

Visiting for daughters wedding
Could not have asked for a better Host! Carol defenetly goes out of her way to make you feel like you are home and every need is meet!! Place was very clean! Check in and check out very easy! Would defenetly use again if in the area!!

Excellent rental and owner!!!
Mrs. Thomas is an amazing person! She was amazing to deal with. The property was gorgeous! I will defintely stay in this property again whenever we visit topsail! I certainly do and will suggest this property for others to rent! It was gorgeous, had plenty of room for a family, and is in a great location!

Reunion
My son had been deployed and just returned. We wanted a location close to the beach and large enough for 6 adults. The home is nicely furnished and clean. We cooked meals and everything we needed was available. The public beach access was a 10 minute drive. We very much enjoyed our stay and the owners were very helpful!

Amazing place and people
Booked this trip to see my boyfriend while he’s still in his MOS School at Camp Lejeune. it was the perfect for the two of us and our two friends. Carol was very helpful in answering our questions right away and making sure we were satisfied with our stay. The house has everything you need and more to stay comfortably. We all loved the house and would book again.

Great house!
We stayed at this beautiful house when our son got married. There was space for us and extended family. We got to relax in the hot tub and close to the ocean. The beds are comfy. The porches are great for coffee or a glass of wine!
Carol is super nice! I highly recommend this house!!!

Our Sneeds Ferry Trip
Our experience with this property was amazing, Carol Thomas was a great hostess, the property was everything it was described and then some. The home was clean and even smelled good when you walked in. We had such a relaxing stay, we enjoyed using the hot tub, very close to the beach. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely use the house again. Thank you Carol. :)

Perfect for my family
This place was so nice and clean. The owners really thought about everything right down to the good toilet paper, LOL! Their efforts did not go unnoticed! The beds were comfortable. There are games and televisions and a hot tub to entertain the kids. We felt very blessed to have found this place to stay for our sons graduation at Camp Geiger! It’s only 25 minutes from base and well worth it. All of the comforts of home. If we’re ever back that way we would definitely stay there again!

Cozy home
I wish there were more renters like Carol. She allowed to spend time with my family by accommodating me to pay by the month Which fit my budget. I told joe I can make it work, and she accommodate that decisions. I so appreciated her warmth in seeing that it happen. I don’t see my family often. We are miles apart. Thanks Carol for you beautiful , clean home. It was all that I expected it to be and more.
