A lovely place to stay . This unit seems newly remodeled . Very clean and beautiful . Enjoyed the coffee shop and ice cream shop on site . There was a “king tide “ while we stayed . That’s the name a local gave us so the beach area was not very big during high tide , so watch your tides this time of year.

Very delightful.the view was amazing from the balcony. We hate the ramp was down and had to carry everything over to building one to get onto the beach. Plus waiting on the tide to go down so we could get on the beach changed every day . But you can’t control mother nature . The room was amazing. The upstairs restaurant was delicious the Arrrr bar was cute -they ran out of our drink of choice. Alot of good restaurants around to visit as well. I would recommend and would stay again .

Perfect week in our favorite place!

We were absolutely thrilled with this property! On top of an awesome view, it’s updated, super clean, had an amazing “starter pack”, and the owners were super responsive with any questions we had. We hadn’t stayed at the St. Regis resort before, but will definitely be back…everything we needed was right there! Thanks for letting us enjoy this space!

Perfect getaway and good hosts!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic weekend on North Topsail staying in this comfortable and convenient condo. Perfect for a relaxed, quiet getaway for those who just love the natural beauty of the beach without all the gimmicky attractions/tourist traffic. We arrived a little after check-in time and ended up having to wait an additional hour to check in as cleaning was running behind. We later discovered that the host had tried to reach out to us to give us a heads up on this, but we had missed the message because we were on the road. We had to travel over 5 hours to the location so it wouldn't have affected our travel plans, but we appreciated the attempt at a heads up. The condo was very clean and well-appointed. Some of the rules/instructions were contradictory (e.g. one manual says load dishwasher and start before leaving, one says you *must* wash, dry, and put away all dishes before leaving). This caused us a little anxiety as the manuals are also full of warnings about the penalties for not following rules. Fortunately, the host sent a message prior to checkout with clear instructions so we followed those. The resort is so convenient! We didn't use all of the amenities because we had beautiful weather, but we were grateful that we had options. This unit had a great view of the ocean/beach. The host was very responsive leading up to the trip, during our stay, and afterwards. Have already recommended this property to family and friends!

Beautiful condo!

Everything about this condo and the resort was fantastic! It was very clean with all furnishings and fixtures in excellent condition. Two kitchen items to note: There was a Keurig in the kitchen in addition to a traditional coffee pot which I didn't see listed, so that was a nice surprise. Also, the cookware and all dishes were in great condition. I often bring pans from home when we rent a place because they are often all scratched up, but that was not the case here. Bathrooms were beautiful. Mattresses firm yet comfortable. The view??? Stunning! The balcony was our fav spot. We watched dolphins while we had coffee every morning, enjoyed the beach and shark teeth collecting in the afternoon, and more balcony time in the evening. Can't wait to come back again!

IF you are having trouble deciding on a rental - this one is a SURE THING!

We had a last minute chance to go the Snead’s Ferry/ North Topsail Beach area. I was overwhelmed with all of the choices (mid-March… so slow season- I think?) Since I have not been to North Topsail Beach before it was a little difficult to make a decision. This rental property was a GREAT choice! The communication with the property manager was EXCELLENT! The rental unit was VERY clean and just as described. The complex that the unit was in was one of the larger properties in the area and was well kept. The beach was wonderful to walk on … although it was a little chilly and windy. The rental unit has a wonderful balcony that is accessible from the family room as well as the room with the bunk bed. WONDERFUL VIEW of the water… pelicans and even groups of dolphins playing in the waves. IF you are having trouble deciding on a rental property to stay in - I highly recommend this one!! Thank you!!
