This home was not at all what the pictures illustrated it to be. It was in poor shape. The floors were unleveled, the tiles were coming out of the floors and the grout was cutting up our feet when walking between the living room and kitchen. The floor in the main level bathroom felt like it was going to fall thru. The walls were patched up and you can see where repairs were done but not done correctly. The recess lighting in the living room looked like it had mold around it or was not installed properly. The main level deck facing the ocean had multiple soft board and we couldn’t let our kids on a portion of it. The hot tub had only 2 of 4 seats of jets working and while maintenance did come out, they said it’s an older hot tub and there’s nothing they could do. I was very disappointed in the quality and stability of this home. I have stayed in way better for way less money.
