Wonderful stay in a beautiful home. Communication was amazing and fast. We were given all the information we needed for our check-in and checkout process in advance which made the process very easy. We travel during the anniversary of the loss of our son. This rental provided us with everything we needed and made this difficult time free from any additional stress.

But the home was not cleaned as appropriate- garbage left, no garbage bags, no welcome basket as expected for this rental; maintenance person had to come to change light bulbs

Beautiful place for a large group. The views are stunning and the house was well equipped. Everyone had fun adults and kids!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the house and location. Weather was a little cool when we visited near the end of October, so we didn’t get in the ocean much, but the water was beautiful and we come here to hear the waves and see the sunrises, so it wasn’t a big problem. We love Topsail and I was very impressed with the management company!!

Family weekend

Perfect house for our family weekend getaway for my husband's 50th birthday. The house is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed every minute of being there.

Great location, perfect for large group

This house was awesome! More than enough space for a large group of friends. Easy access to the beach, and great views from the balconies. Would stay again!

Perfect Couples Weekend

Our friend group stayed here and had a perfect weekend. Everyone had plenty of room and enjoyed having their own space as well as large common areas. Beach access was easy, the view was uninterrupted, amenities were great. Truly a perfect stay. We appreciated prompt communication and easy check in/check out, too.

Excellent location!

My family and I loved our stay at Finders Keepers! The house was a great fit for all of us who were able to come. After staying in a busier area in 2022, it was awesome being in a residential non crazy busy area! We loved everything about the house, and working with Landmark! It was smooth sailing even before we arrived for our stay! We would definitely book through Landmark again.

March Break

We had a wonderful time. The house is spacious and great for the 4 families we had which included 5 teenage boys. Being right on the beach was pretty magical. When we arrived there were ants in the kitchen but the response time was quick for someone to pop over with a solution.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You really cannot beat the view and location of this house. The layout inside is really nice with great seating options and plenty of space. However, the house is pretty worn and needs a good deep cleaning and some significant touch ups, maintenance and updates. Overall though we enjoyed our stay as the view was breathtaking!

Location is nice and beach is beautiful. Very disappointed with house. Hot tub was dirty when we arrived. Guy came to clean it but only opened it half way and left crusted sand on the walls. Main TV kept turning off; fireplace is for show only; back game room had no electricity so couldn't play arcade; pillows and towels are cheap; kitchen equipment is old and rusty; kitchen drawers were dirty; freezer iced up; living room carpet and upholstery was stained and dirty. The worst problem we had was that all the bathroom doors are very narrow (22' wide). My husband's walker would not fit through the doors so it took two people to help him every time he needed to use the bathroom. Also the shower had no grab bars and a slick floor. Since the house has an elevator, I thought it would be more user friendly for a person with mobility issues. We rented the house for a week, but left early. The property management was not very helpful either. Bad experience all around. Would not recommend.

Great Summer Home for Families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented FinderKeepers for an annual week at Topsail. The agency I used for years are no longer handling beach rentals. The past 2 years I rented via national agencies. Both years we had big issues, no AC on a level & it’s HOT in NC and a broken dishwasher that we were lead to believe was on order....never showed up in another house.Landmark was fabulous. Everything worked including an ice maker. The hot tube guy came twice during the week to be sure the tub was clean and working well. A maintenance man arrived as I arrived. He requested permission to repair a shade with the option to come back later. I was happy to let him take care of the shade at that time.The house has plenty of room for 3 generations. The main living area had several areas for family to hang out. Renting local makes a huge difference in our overall satisfaction.I have already booked the house for 2026.

All 14 of us always had hot water when showering. This was our 3 to stay at Finderskeepers and we did notice the house needs a little TLC. The game room was not usable, only 2 pool sticks that had tips and the shuffleboard gad no sand to slide the disc. The teens were a little disappointed. The kitchens skillets have seen better days. The outside roofing molding was dangling and the white furniture in the sunroom needed some cleaning. The house was very clean upon arrival except fans had heavy dust and deck was full of sand. We would definitely want to comeback next year in the hopes the owners put some TLC into the house.

Family getaway

We have rented many homes ocean front property in Topsail over 15 years. This home was not the best. The first floor living area including kitchen was run down. Couches stained and worn, kitchen cookware was lacking quality and cabinets inside needed a good cleaning and organizing. The main dining table and chairs needed a deep cleaning and paint. The porch off the kitchen needed a deep cleaning, the outdoor furniture needed to be refreshed with paint. However the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Since the majority of the time besides the beach is spent in the kitchen and porch I recommend some updates! Great vacation and Topsail beaches and area is amazing!

Beautiful Oceanfront Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property multiple times. The property is well maintained, and the owner has recently replaced the sliding glass doors. Fun game room! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets with no crowded beaches this time off the year. Many nice local restaurants nearby such as Ricks Sports Bar, Em R Wings, and Baked Pizza Company, Riverview Cafe and may more. Our Landmark contact, Alana, was very responsive to all our needs. Our only disappointment was the cleaning staff did not arrive until the 4 pm check in time and the prior renters did not have the courtesy to take out the trash. However, Landmark Realty came and addressed the trash issue for us.

Tropical storm Debby came to visit !

Finders Keepers was perfect for our family trip, with plenty of space for 3 generations. The kids loved the game room and spent many happy hours down there during the tropical rains and winds that blew through. The house was clean inside and comfortable. We did have some minor issues including a malfunctioning garage door and an attic access door which the tropical winds dislodged. These issues were addressed in record time with concern and kindness. We were a little disappointed in the condition of the oceanfront deck in that there were multiple hoses lying across the entrance area and across the back of the deck. Also there was an outdoor electrical outlet which was not properly enclosed with the protective covering. But all in all, we very much enjoyed our stay and are extremely thankful that beautiful Topsail Island was spared damage from Debby.

30th Annual Girls Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has a great location, layout, and amenities. It just needs a good, deep clean over the whole house, and some new kitchen items. New sheet pans, a new toaster, new coffee pot, etc. Those things just get worn out and dirty with frequent use. No one's fault, just the nature of vacation rentals. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly, and we already have a reservation with Landmark again for next year.

Good service from Landmark, house needs help.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in theis house twice before, but not again. The icemaker broke on day one. The A/C went out on day two along with one of the hot water heaters. Landmark was very attentive, but we had to deal with having NO water for a half day, portable A/C units which never really cooled the area. lots of wear and tear throughout the house. Basically it needs a rehab.
