Cushy Coast House

Of all the beach houses we have rented in NC and Florida, Cushy Coast was the best!

We do an annual multigenerational beach trip with grandparents, our children and spouses, and their children. The design and floor plan of the house is perfect for our family. The location (sound behind the house and beach in front) was magical. Everyday we enjoyed the beach, the pool and the hot tub. We will definitely come to Cushy again.

Great house for our family reunion! Communication with the host was easy and we got pretty much immediate responses. Location was great for the beach and all the kids loved the pool and the putting green. The kitchen had everything we needed we really liked and utilized the many decks. Great rental house!

Relaxing family retreat

Our adult children and their spouses plus our granddaughter had a wonderful time on a mini vacation at Cushy Coastal retreat. With easy beach access, pool, hot tub, game room and two living areas We had plenty of room and plenty to do. Highly recommend you book your next vacation at this location!

Thanksgiving at the Beach

Our family thoroughly enjoyed gathering at this lovely house with a fantastic view of the ocean and sound. It was super clean, well appointed and they even had holiday decorations up! We were impressed with the host's attention to detail that made this multilevel home safe and welcoming for all ages.

Beautiful home. Perfect for young grandsons

Scott we can’t say enough about how beautiful your home is …this place was just perfect for my young grandsons . If you have kids this is the one to go to ..the pool was clean and we loved the outdoor area and set up . The inside was clean the beds were comfortable as well as the beautiful furniture. We had plenty of space and had everything we needed for our stay . We look forward to going back to this place . Our first time in beautiful Topsail won’t be our last .

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home! The location is amazing with ocean in the front and the marsh in the back. We celebrated my husbands birthday and Easter and we had plenty of room for the family. Scott was quick to respond when I had questions prior to check in. Definitely recommend!

Family beach vacation

Our group of 15 which included grandparents and 3 families with 7 kids aged 2-9, enjoyed our stay. Easy access and short walk to the beach was a plus. The pool area was great for our group to be able to spread out and also for our dogs to be out there with us. The kitchen was, for the most part, well stocked (we could’ve used a can opener!). Would definitely return to Cushy Coast House!

The Perfect Getaway!

Fabulous Stay - Ocean in front, Marsh in back, Gorgeous inside!

Beautiful, brand-new home with unobstructed ocean and marsh views. Gorgeous decor that feels like home rather than a vacation rental. Plenty of spaces indoors and out for a large group to enjoy. Loved the porch swing! Thoughtful touches for all ages and even for our dog. We are quite particular about where we stay on the island and this one is a gem! Excellent communication pre-rental and throughout our stay. Definitely one of our favorites vacation homes on the island. Many thanks.
