We loved our stay! As first time visitors to this area, the location was ideal. There were guests next door, but we never heard them. The open floorplan was perfect for dinner prep, relaxing and playing games. We brought our own, but also had lots to choose from. Thank you for providing the beach chairs, umbrellas and so many beach towels on the first floor! There were a few umbrellas that didn't go together, but plenty to choose from, so no issues. Other useful amenities...stocked kitchen pots, pans, tools, outdoor shower, lots of seating on top deck. Caution if you have trouble navigating stairs - not an issue for us, but the house is 3 levels with main living on top floor.We also were able to see several baby loggerhead sea turtles make their way to the ocean!If we visit the area again, we would consider staying here again. Thank you!

Nice location and beaches! Loved that each room had its own bathroom, great for a large group! Unfortunately there were a lot of ants everywhere that got into our food on the counters that we had to throw away. The house could have been a bit cleaner upon our arrival (the tubs and fridge had pieces of hair in it). The walkway to the beach needs a little bush trimming as they are covering the walkway. Overall very happy with out stay

Perfect for Adult Couple Getaway!

We had 4 adult couples and this place was perfect with everyone having their own private bathroom and a handy half bath located just off the kitchen. The multi level decks were wonderful! We enjoyed the top deck when we wanted sun and when it was time for a cool down we enjoyed the lower level deck where we could still see the ocean! It was wonderful having the beds ready for us when we got there and a wonderful bonus that toiletries and towels were provided! We hope to return again, TopSail is our favorite beach destination!

Beautiful stay! Super easy check in!

This is a great house with such great amenities! It does have 3 flights of stairs that are hard on grandma but there’s a top floor where she stayed mostly. The hot tub is on the first floor and beach access is on the second. Just important to know if you have any knee issues or older family members. Also important to note that it is a duplex but the sound proofing is amazing because we did not hear a peep from our neighbors! The kitchen has everything you need. Tons of games and activities there. Washer and dryer on the 2nd and 3rd floors…loved that! The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice. The property manager is so easy to connect with and very responsive. Overall a great stay and a true gem of a house!

Great oceanfront stay

Fabulous property on a quiet end of the beach. It was off-season, sure, but we had the whole beach to ourselves. It was a great spot for a family weekend get together. Lots of stairs but worth the climb for the views and the coffee bar!

Weekend beach trip

This oceanfront property was perfect for our group of 9. The house was clean and fully stocked for our weekend getaway. The hosts were fast in returning messages and were very helpful in all questions that were asked. I definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful. Can’t beat being right on the beach and I loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom. Would happily stay here again. Only complaint is the house could have been cleaner upon check in. The excessive and steep stairs were also a bit inconvenient but not a huge issue.

Beautiful House, Wonderful Stay

My family had a wonderful stay. This house has everything you need. All linens are provided as well as beach towels, beach chairs and toys, soap, toilet paper, etc. My family loved that there are 3 king size beds as well as a queen and bunks for the kids. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, which was a huge plus. Although this is a duplex, we never heard any noise from our neighbors and there is a privacy wall between the decks. This was our 3rd trip to Topsail and we all agree this was our favorite property yet. The beaches are less crowded but you’re just a short drive from Surf City. I would highly recommend this property.

Great stay

If you are planning a stay in North Topsail, North Carolina check this place out. We stayed a few days in April and the place was great. super location on the beach. Communication with property people was fantastic.

Proposal on the beach

This house was perfect for our needs for the weekend. Oceanfront for a sweet proposal from my son to his girlfriend and was definitely enough space for us all. I loved that every room had its own bathroom. The process from booking to checking in was the smoothest I have ever experienced. I also loved everything that was provided in your stay. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us!

Best summer vacation

The property is so clean, the rooms looks clean and very inviting to sleep into we all feel homey, it’s very relaxing view, especially over looking the beach. We will definitely come back.

Had a great time at Paradise Palms.

Nice property, enjoyed our week Frustrating they did not advertise it was a duplex, we had no issues with other renter . Elevator was not working , would be a big help loading luggage and kitchen supplies, Gas grill was never cleaned

Fantastic getaway!

We really enjoyed this rental! The beach was quiet around us and it was very relaxing! The rooms are updated very nicely and the downstairs area with hot tub was a really nice place to relax.
