Family celebration

This house is beautiful and so perfect for a large group to have great together time and separate comfortable accommodations. We loved our time there.

A Great Winter or Anytime Stay

The property was immaculate, nicely furnished, apportioned with the perfect amenities and in such a great location! Loved the views, the quiet, playing games with the family, waking on the beach in the winter time (sooo peaceful and gorgeous), going into Surf City for coffee, restaurants and treats, watching movies, relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying meals together in the comfortable and accommodating kitchen, catching up on some sleep (in comfortable beds & quiet rooms)and choosing whether to get a work out on all the steps or use the elevator. Would definitely stay here again! There were some stores close by, including a grocery store and a pharmacy, as well as some restaurants that made getting the necessities convenient. And, a pottery place, golf course and some salons were also close by.

Beach badger didn’t dissappoint

Very clean, excellent communication; well stocked, This property is located close to the northern end of the island which limits beach time due to tides. Nothing they can do about that.

Perfect family vacation home

Location steps from beach with wonderful views of ocean and sound. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with so many items you could use and most every appliance imaginable (except air fryer which was surprising). 4 levels so steps an issue- though small elevator there for non claustrophobic guests Wish island had more dedicated biking lanes but wouldn't change a think about Beach Badger

Wonderful Getaway

Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time at Beach Badger despite Hurricane “Debbie Downer.” The house had plenty of space for our family of 7 to spread out and each kid managed to have her own bedroom too. The proximity to the beach made it easy for each of us to come and go as we pleased - for lunch, bathroom, snacks, etc. The house is beautifully decorated and showering in the master bathrooms felt like a spa retreat. The house is also fully stocked with beach items. Having a washer and dryer made it convenient and such a relief to not return home with dirty and wet items. Christy and Todd were excellent hosts and quite responsive to anything we needed.

Reviewer Comments: My family of 12 had a great week at North Topsail Beach last week at The Beach Badger The house was large enough to accommodate us all and was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we needed. Lots of games and toys for the kids to play with. Everyone loved the LacMan game. Great location and very private. Not many people on the beach. The only problem we had was my daughter and I both fell on the steps coming down from one level to another. We missed the last step. The steps are the same color as the floor so you thought you were on level ground but you had one more step. Our fault entirely. Just needed to pay more attention as we stepped down. Perhaps a yellow strip along the last step would help. The elevator got stuck a couple times but it was our fault. Just need to remember to shut the gate and the doors each time you get off or on. That’s the only issues we had with the house. We are already talking about renting it again next year!

It was well stocked with all necessities plus extras like beach towels, SUP, beach toys, easy-up, etc. The home was very clean. Landmark Vacations did a great job managing the home. The only issue we had was several ants throughout the home; but as soon as Landmark was notified they immediately sent out someone to take care of the problem.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is absolutely wonderful in so many ways. Location=perfect. We had grandparents, kids and grand kids staying here (total of 9) and had plenty of room and privacy. The house is wonderfully stocked and they are nice enough not to clean out everything between guests so that yes, there is salt and pepper. The beds are great, there are tons of games and puzzles and even a pacman machine. The basement is full of beach stuff which was GREAT!!! Everyone had coffee on the top deck in the morning and watched sunrises and sunsets. Just perfect vacation. The management company response was great when we had a question. THANKS!

How amazing this house is. this house is not only stocked with the best kitchen even better than mine with anything that you could possibly even need. But but the views from the kitchen and the living room area and the hot tub, which is on the same level, are absolutely breath-taking. The game room is absolutely amazing. All the things they have there for you to play with and use is Over the top there is nothing that they do not have to do at this house. the house is decorated absolutely beautifully. All the beds are more comfortable than the ones at my house.The othe elevator was so convenient. The house itself was the cleanest house. I have ever been staying and renting houses.415 years. I cannot say enough Good things about this house. It was absolutely incredible. This is the first house we have stayed in Where we haven't had any issues and there were no bugs and Everything was spotless. The location is perfect the entire house was just perfect. We stayed here over Christmas and the owner went in and decorated for Christmas. To make our time even more special, then it was. This house made it very very hard to come home.
