A wonderful place on Topsail Island

Our family really enjoyed the week at Topsail in this lovely home! The house had everything we needed and we are pleased to recommend it. Great views, easy beach access, very comfortable, excellent furnishings and an oversized outdoor shower were some of the highlights. Would definitely stay here again.

The house had excellent accommodations for the adults in our party, and the view off the back deck is stunning.Suggestion: We travelled with small children (3) and the house could use a few toys to help entertain the kids.Otherwise, it was a short walk to the beach, comfortable beds, and an excellent place to rest and relax.

Great rental property

Love staying at this rental. It is always clean with a well stocked kitchen and, not only do you have a view of the ocean and the sound, the beach is only about a 5 minute walk.

Our favorite spot!

We keep going back to this house. We love the sunsets over the canal and easy walk to the beach. The owner is easy to work with and very responsive. The upstairs bunk room is perfect for our gaggle of kids.

Wonderful Return Trip

This was our second visit to Peaceful Easy Feelin', and it feels like a part of our family. It's the perfect house in the perfect spot on our favorite beach. David and Aprel are super-responsive and helpful and we loved our time back on Topsail Island!

Absolutely wonderful

We unanimously rated this property as "come back"! The place is spacious, well-furnished, convenient to the beach, with a great view of sunsets off the back decks. Beds were comfortable; plenty of bathrooms for us and family staying with us; the kitchen is very well stocked; and they've built a really nice outdoor shower. When family joined us for a few days, we took the top floor and it stayed cool if you kept the door to the top floor closed. My teens were impressed with the decorating Aprel has done. Aprel is very responsive and good at communicating before and during your stay. We loved our spot on the beach--not very far to groceries and stores, but not crowded at all and a easy walk. We took our paddle boards out; played games; and spent hours at the beach reading, riding waves, playing games and hunting for shells. This place made for a wonderful, fun and relaxing week, enjoyed by all.

Family Beach Week

Great place if you have little kids & very well stocked. Pros: Easy walk to the beach. Lots of games. Thoughtfully appointed for kids. Lots of beach gear. Great outdoor shower. Great room area is a good size for big families. Cons: A lot of stairs (we took my 75yro mom and she was pretty limited to the main floor full time). Dirty, not undoable, but not “check-in” clean. Main back deck is small. Overall: property is a good value for a large family. Would stay again if a better option weren’t available.

The house was perfect, fit our family perfectly. Everything needed was provided at the house. Just feet away from the beach, no need to drive to get there. Surf City not far away for shopping. Definitely going to Topsail again

Family Vacay!

We had a great time at Aprel’s home. Loved the living room, kitchen space. Very spacious for the grandkids to run around and play. Loved the top floor bedrooms arrangement with the bunk beds. It gave room for the adults to have privacy yet the kids were right next to them. The first floor bedrooms were also very comfortable. Beds were great. Beach is only around the corner! And the outside shower was perfect for cleaning up after a swim. Highly recommend!!

Great place but a bit misleading bedroom description.

First let me say that this house is a very clean and very nice place to stay. For most families or people my complaint may seem a bit nuanced and I can appreciate that. Having said this, I was a bit mislead and disappointed with the 4 bedroom description. This is not a true 4 bedroom because the room with the bunk-beds is open and part of the third floor and you have to go through that room to get to one of the bedrooms. Because of this we could not put the pack and play for our 2yo in with the bunk-beds because we would wake her up getting to the room or getting a shower. AT NO TIME did the owner mention this even though I mentioned we would have 6 adults and a toddler. If you have kids sleeping in the bunk-beds you will walk past them to get to the 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed and the room with the bunks is open down the hall from the 3rd full bath. I read reviews so I just wanted to make others aware since my pregnant wife and I had to sleep in the bunks so that we could close the door to the room for our 2yo sleeping. The bunks are not comfortable for adults. The other two bedrooms had grandparents in it and we could not sleep anywhere else. So in our situation the description was extremely misleading and lead to a smooth but uncomfortable sleeping stay. Besides this very unfortunate for us situation and the fact I feel the description is misleading, the stay went smoothly and we had a good time at the beach.

Absolutely amazing

This was our first time at Topsail Island and staying at this home. I went with my 3 best friends and teenaged son and we loved it. It was absolutely amazing! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and plenty of space for everyone. My son loved the outdoor shower. Which is very convenient after returning from the beach to just rinse off and not drag sand into the house. The views from all the balconies are amazing. The walk to the beach is very short I just loved it and went everyday.. I highly recommend this house⁷if you're looking for a beach vacation. The owners are amazing and they respond quickly to message, any questions needs or concerns.
