This approximately 4,096-square-foot, four-level oceanfront home brings up to 26 guests under one roof, with 10 bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, and gathering spaces that work from breakfast through the last game of the night.

The beach is directly behind the home. Walk over the dunes and onto the sand, come back for a soak in the private oceanfront hot tub, or head to the seasonal community pool when the group wants a change of pace. Multiple decks create more places to catch the ocean breeze, including a fourth-floor deck with seating and an outdoor dining table.

The main living level is on the fourth floor, where wide ocean views become part of the room. A large living area, two dining tables, and an open kitchen make it possible for the group to gather without breaking into separate corners of the house. Stainless appliances, generous prep space, and kitchen-island seating support shared meals, while sliding doors connect the living area to the ocean-view deck.

Bedrooms are divided between the second and third floors, keeping sleeping areas away from the main gathering level. The third floor includes two king suites with Smart TVs, private bathrooms, and private deck access, plus a queen suite and a bunk room. The second floor has two king-and-bunk-room pairs connected by Jack-and-Jill bathrooms, along with two queen suites and an additional hall bathroom. Three bunk rooms, each furnished with two twin-over-twin bunks, give younger guests their own place to settle in while preserving seven king or queen rooms for adults.

The first-floor converted-garage game room gives the group a second place to gather. Ping-pong, foosball, a wall-mounted TV, lounge seating, and bar seating make it useful after beach days, during passing rain, or whenever part of the group wants a little more action. A private elevator serves every level, making luggage, groceries, and daily trips through the house easier.

The practical pieces are here, too: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, kitchen appliances for group meals, and onsite parking. Those details matter in a house this size, especially when several families are coordinating meals, beach gear, laundry, and different schedules under one roof.
