"The place is cutely decorated and very cozy. Anything you need is there and stocked well. Inside could use a deep cleaning. There were visible cobwebs and dirt on the wall near pictures, blacksplash had spots all over it that looked like a drink had splashed out. Very dusty on all decorations. Dead spiders along walls. The windows also could use a good cleaning. Outdoor area is set up nicely. However, the solar lights did not work. Gate latch was hard to open and shut. These were minor...

"Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times."

"This property was perfect for my stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies, dishes and appliances. The stove runs on gas. The heat pumps made the air comfortable and easy to use. There is not a lot of noise. Parking off street and under shade was convenient. Close to town. The host send information to the property with all the important information before I arrived. I would stay again! "

"We rented for a weekend to spend thanksgiving with my dad. All the kids came up so we needed a place to stay. This place is so cute, homie and very convenient for us. The decor was perfect.. represented the lake and the space center. The craftsmanship put into the this cute rental is amazing- not cheaply done. The bed was comfy and the shower we fell in love with. Enjoyed breakfast while watching our favorite show out doors . Thank ya’ll. We will definitely be back to stay again. "

"Location and pricing were good. Quiet area but close to food and shopping. Water pressure in master shower was little to none. Pillows were as thin as a piece of paper and there were no extra pillows/blankets. Saw several dead and live roaches over the course of 3 day stay. Sheets smelled stale and we had to wash ourselves before willing to sleep on them. Over all would not return to this property."
