The hotel was exceptional , the rooms were amazing and the food was 5star . The only issue we have is the manner that the head or I presume the head of service in the breakfast restaurant spoke to her staff . She in our view needs to put on a course for man management. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Handy for travelling around Shropshire and going into Shrewsbury. Only downside was no hot water on one morning.
