We booked this room for one of our crew members and had stayed at this motel previously. While the property has always been somewhat dated, the rooms had been clean and acceptable, so we had no major concerns. Unfortunately, this stay was completely different. The room was in extremely poor condition and noticeably dirty. Our crew member arrived tired after a long day and was so uncomfortable with the state of the room that he chose to leave and find accommodations elsewhere. We had originally booked the stay for 10 days, so we contacted the motel to report the issue and requested cancellation of the remaining reservation. Despite the unacceptable condition of the room, the motel refused to provide any refund at all. Very disappointing experience overall, both in terms of cleanliness and customer service.

The staff were great, very friendly and did their best to be accommodating. In the first room we were in, the beds were very uncomfortable and it wasn’t cleanest.the second room was cleaner and the beds were slightly better but the room was run down.

Not great.

Beds were not comfortable, the pillows were flat. Doors squeak and no screen on the window. The TV channels were limited. Way over priced, for the accommodation. The only bonus the WIFI worked good.

When I checked in the lady told me there was a mix up with the rooms so they didn't have one available with a kitchenette. When I asked if I would get a lower rate she just said no. It was a busy weekend with the pumpkin festival so I get that they were full but my room looked it was undergoing maintenance and decided to just rent it out. It looked unfinished. Sheets were not clean at all so I informed the front desk and at least she came and changed them right away. It was not a very pleasant stay.

The table coffe pot microwave all tables were dusty and dirty. The tub had an old soap dispencer on the wall was terrible site. The taps were lose on the sink the tub taps were lose shower would run both at the same time. The room was cold and uncomfortable

Older and dated hotel but very clean. Our room had a very comfortable king bed with newer floors and a paint job. The kitchenette and cupboards were very out dated and the cupboards were sparsely stocked and that's being kind. The WiFi was so slow it would not stream at least in our room. The resturant was good and convenient to have in the building. Wouldn't be my first choice but would stay again because it was clean, comfortable and price was right.

Dated.

Hotel is dated. And it shows. Tho they once tried to update the rooms. We had a kitchenette. It was lacking dishes and utensils. The hot water took a long time to come from the kitchen sink. Could not find the thermostat. Our room was cold. Had to ask for dish towels. The light in the bathroom was dim. Had to smack it to work. Missing lights in the main room. And the oven didnt work. Only two stove top burners worked.

Plug ins for fridge, coffee, lamp and hairdryer did not work. No coffee filter for coffee maker. Not enough supplies to make coffee for 2 ( only got 1 cup, no stirrer. On a good note, easy to check in and deposit was returned right away.
