Perfect for trip with teenage boys
Great base for a weeks fishing at Smoky bay. Well priced and comfortable with plenty of space. 100m walk & your on the beach.

Great Holiday Home!!
Great Holiday Home!! The booking and dealing with owner was so easy. No problems at all. The property is all as u expect as listed. Very comfortable for 5 adults and all the home ammenities were available. Close to the beach and was great for our dog to have the space outside to run around

Walking distance to jetty and beach
We booked the house to attend our friends birthday in Smoky Bay . Accommodation was good disappointed that the toilet was blocked the whole time during our stay . We have lots of friends there so we were able to use their bathroom.

The house had plenty of room, everything you need but needs a bit of work.

Everything you need for a holiday at the beach
A nice quiet location very close to the beach. Neat and tidy with plenty of space for your cars and boat to be off the street. Inside was also spacious, clean and tidy. We would be happy to stay at this house again.

Enjoyable and very convenient stay in an amazing little town
We had a lovely time in Smoky Bay at this place-well stocked with everything you need and wonderful to be so close to a beach we had almost always to ourselves. We’ll hopefully be back and will recommend to others.
