The property was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook. The grounds were peaceful and what we needed for a relaxing getaway and the opportunity to connect as a family. The communication with the host was great and all the instructions were organized and easy to follow.

The cabin was great. Cold ac for when we returned. Plenty of space on the deck for family games in the fresh air. My little pup had plenty of room to run while i could still see her. You are required to start a load of laundry and the dishwasher despite the cleaning deposit. Over all a good stay.

Our stay was very enjoyable but would have been even better if the river had been at the back of the cabin like we assumed it would be from the description and pictures. We didn't realize it was a 1/2 mile away.

Great stay!

This cabin was comfortable, clean and peaceful. We enjoyed the back patio and fire pit at night. Short drive to Hochatown and Broken Bow. We would definitely come back!

Family camping getaway

We had a wonderful time getting away from the work/school/sport schedule. Whether it was horseback riding, fishing, or bon fires and corn hole at the cabin it was just what our family needed. The property owner was very communicative and the cabin was perfect for our family of 4.

Peaceful Getaway

Sunset Ridge was immaculately clean and welcoming with Soundscapes. The bed was SUPER comfy and the owners/property manager have thought of everything we might have needed. It’s centrally located between Mena, AR and Beavers Bend/Hochatown, OK, so the best of both worlds for sights to see. I would definitely return. Just two warnings…Verizon doesn’t work out here but WiFi-assisted calling works with their awesome internet. And make sure you get the right driving directions directly from the owner, don’t rely on that 1980 State Hwy 4 address listed on the property listing. Top notch communication. Hanks so much!

Fantastic little cabin

We had a wonderful stay! Location was secluded and close to Broken Bow and Mena, AK, where we were able to bring our ATVS and enjoy the trails. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the fireplace was a sweet little favorite after coming in on chilly days. We will definitely be coming back!

Nice quite getaway

We had a great relaxing weekend at the sunset ridge cabin. Other than occasional highway noise it was very quiet. No other cabins were that close so we didn't hear anyone else during our stay. We enjoyed the fire pit each night and the kids enjoyed the s'mores. Because it's further north than most rentals in the area there wasn't any light pollution so at night the sky was filled with stars. It was just what we needed for a stress free weekend.

Sunset ridge was so beautiful and it was luxury, it smelled like fresh wood and it had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and air was perfect. The river is close by and we did some kayaking. Loved it! Definitely rent it again.

Annual River Trip

Sunset Ridge was a spectacular cabin. Beautiful, relaxing everything that we could ask for. Even though the river was just a very very short drive. It was perfect for our group. We usually stay in town. However, the way it is growing makes for a lot of people. So this is now our go to place to disconnect enjoy our river trip and our group we will definitely be back to Sunset Ridge. It was simply an amazing stay and trip. Thank y’all so much for sharing your cabin and the property.

Stay with family

It was very peaceful and clean. We just wish it was closer to the water. The fish also weren't biting which was a bummer. But overall it was fun and the kids LOVED swimming in the river.
