Las Brisas apartment with pool and walk to beach + EV chargers

  • The apartment is close to the beautiful John Smiths Bay beach - a 5 minute walk away. The pool is on the property and around the back from the apartment. The apartment has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk and a grocery store is a 12 minute walk away. We have a Labrador that roams the property.

    We also have another rental unit on the property, which is great if you want to travel with another couple/ friends. It is VRBO 719665.

    You will have the studio apartment all to yourselves during your stay. You are also welcome to enjoy the pool which is just through the gate! This property is not suitable for children under 12. There is plenty of parking should you decide to rent a 50cc scooter or an EV. We also have a 110v and 220v charging station on the property for your convenience.

    The kitchen area includes a small fridge, a coffee maker (uses K-cups), electric kettle, microwave and a toaster oven. There is also an electric oven in the unit and a gas grill that is available for your use. We have towels, beach towels, hair dryer and shampoo all here for your use. There is an iron and ironing board, cable TV (includes HBO and Showtime), free wifi and air conditioning/ dehumidifier/ heat.

    Bermuda's largest nature reserve, Spittal Pond is a 10 minute walk from our property. It is a great, diverse walk. There are 2 very good restaurants in Flatts Village about a mile away, Rustico and the Village Pantry. Flatts is also home to the Bermuda Aquarium. Collectors Hill area is about a mile away and has a few restaurants, a pharmacy, grocery store and a gas station. Hamilton and St. Georges are each about a 15 minute taxi or bike ride away and offer many restaurants and shopping.

    My wife and I are happy to help with any questions on the property or Bermuda in general throughout your stay. You can always reach us by phone if we are not at home. We want you to have an enjoyable holiday!

Absolutely loved our stay. The pool was a great way to start and end our day. Very short walk to an amazing beach. We really appreciated the sun umbrella for the beach! Bermuda sun is hot!!Chris and Gail were very quick to respond to our correspondence.Our only small struggle was that the public buses stop running in the area by 5:30pm so we had to plan our days accordingly.Would definitely stay there again.

Chris, Gail, and Tilly were lovely hosts! Communication was great, and place was as listed. We primarily used buses for transport, and the hitch app for after the buses stopped running. A nice quiet location.

Relaxing

Always love visiting Bermuda. This time I stayed with great hosts in their home in Smiths parish, only a short walk from the bus stop and the beach. Loved cooking dinner instead of eating out and resting poolside with the kiskadees !

Home away from home

I could not have asked for a better experience. A perfect place for two people to explore the whole island from and reside in a quiet, lush residential neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Bermuda. Excellent Location

The guest apartment was perfect for our week long vacation. Everything you need and more, Gail, Chris and Tilly welcomed us, provided great island information and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect and easy access to beautiful views, wonderful beaches and great restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Island Perfection

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful facility. It was located in a great central location with several sites and a grocer within walking distance. The host was super nice and helpful. We hope to come back soon!

Chris and Gail were welcoming and gracious hosts. The property was ready early which was great. The beach is a very short walk as is a grocery store. Would definitely recommend if you want a conveniently located and quiet place to be. Everything was clean and in good working order. Pool right outside the door was great for a quick dip.

Great place to stay in Smith's Parish

Wonderful location away from crowds and close to attractions, but close enough to Hamilton to not make it a chore to get to. Very friendly couple and dog. Immaculate apartment and well maintained.

Perfect choice for our vacation

We loved everything…our well equipped comfortable room, beautiful pool, friendly sweet pups ( that I wanted to bring home!) perfectly located near beaches and lovely parks. Thank you Chris and Gail for sharing your home with us! Hope to return again someday soon!

Lovely garden location. A short walk from John Smiths Bay beach.

Our second visit. Chris and Gail are very welcoming and the apartment is well equipped and the pool very inviting. It is a short walk from a lovely beach, a small nature reserve and a good food store.

My son and I

Perfect central location! My son (9) and I used 3 tanks of gas on a scooter over 3 days and went snorkeling with a 6 foot ray, took a charter and caught a wahoo at challenger deep, cliff dive at admiralty point, snorkeled at church beach and tobacco bay, played in the dockyard, and met tons of locals all with the most Welcoming and cheerful attitudes! Cant wait to come back

Beautiful setting. Great Location

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property owners were delightful and the location was ideal for exploring the island. A pool, Twizy charger and of course, Tilly, made for relaxing evenings after long days of touring Bermuda's beaches. Highly recommended. We will be back!

Just what the doctor ordered

Staying at Les Brisas was one of the best experiences I've had in my over 50 years of coming to the Island. Peaceful quiet atmosphere, Chris and Gail couldn't be more accommodating, the pool was fantastic and the occasional appearance of Tilley was perfect. We highly recommend this property and will be back again. Thank you Chris and Gail for having us

Wonderful!

This was a great location and a beautiful, quiet, comfortable spot. Thanks so much to our hosts for being welcoming and kind. Our room had some great kitchen amenities, parking and charging an electric car was really convenient, and the mood and character of the local neighborhood was quiet and friendly -- a short drive from the downtown areas but still properly secluded.
