Walls are paper thin. I could hear another couple next to me doing their business and before that, a fight broke out in the hallway. Although it was clean, I won’t be returning.

Pool area is small and you can REALLY hear loud guests from the suite overlooking the area. The suite was lovely. Spacious and you can never go wrong with the hot tub in the room! It's a 10 minute drive from downtown Port Huron so it was very convenient. Pay a little extra for the suite for your long romantic weekends. Totally worth it, and you can pay in four parts via Paypal.

Not bad for the price but the beds were terribly uncomfortable and so squeaky. Breakfast was great, pool was nice.

We liked everything about this hotel. Staff is very freindly and rooms are clean and the breakfast selection is good. We've been there before and will keep going back.

this is not our first time staying at the baymont, but i believe it may be our last. the beds are significantly less comfortable than we remember from our prior stays, so my husband and i could not sleep at all during our trip. the appliances have also not been updated, so the microwave burnt our popcorn without even popping it. we requested a linen change, and was told they do their cleaning around 9am, so we made sure we were gone a majority of the day, come back to find nothing was done. they did not get to our room until 5pm, to which we needed to decline as we were getting ready to leave the next day

We have stayed here in awhile since COVID and price increases to the rooms but prices seem to have come down to where they use to be and we thought we'd give it a try since we use to stay here a few times a year before COVID as it's close to home for U.S visit. It's had updates to the rooms and options added to the breakfast. Only issue with breakfast was the there was no juice so it was coffee or water but not a big deal.

Check in on their website said 3 but wasn’t able to check in until 5 and then I was hit with a surprise 250$ cash only payment. Rooms were clean but the tile was messed up a jacuzzi jet was broken and the rubber was falling off the mini fridge. I was downstairs waiting for them to give me my keys when someone got rejected their stay bed cause they couldn’t afford the 250$ payment

Good stav could have been cleaner
The hotel was a good value. The level of cleanliness though was not good. There was mold growing in fridge and there were empty alcohol containers in the drawers that my 3 year old found. Obviously they don't take cleanibg very seriously thet as these are basics.

The stuff was pretty friendly. The only thing I didn't like is in the pictures it showed there was a hot tub and there wasn't. The indoor pool area was freezing and when we asked if the could turn the the heat on they said there isn't any only the pool was heated and it differently wasn't it was freezing. I literally walked in part way and was right back out

Had a great stay! My kids enjoyed the pool. But I was very disappointed that they had removed the hot tub, it still shows they have it in pictures online :( The breakfast was ok, the eggs were very overcooked and dry but the make you own waffles were delicious. Room was basic room, well kept and clean. Shower and toilet area small but loved the sink and mirror. Would stay there again!

Check in was 3 pm .I had to be at a wedding by 4 pm . Room was not ready I left at 330 pm had to change at the wedding venue ,then return to check in Everything was blamed on staff shortage seemed to be plenty of people standing around .

Friendly staff. Warm cookie was a definite bonus. Nice large rooms, nice breakfast, pool was nice and warm but the room it is is was very cold, we could not stay very long. Would stay again.

I would stay here again
The stay was good, the person at the desk was efficient. Our only issue was that there was no street marking to tell us where the hotel actually was. The pictures on the website show a hot tub, there is NOT one. The room was clean, the hallways were also clean. I would stay here again

Room 211 was I terrible shape! There was blood stains on the top sheets of both beds. The floor in the bathroom was heaving up and cracked!! Couldn’t close door!! There was vomit on or blood on back of door in bathroom! The pool at hotel wasn’t heated, when it said it should be heated! No hot tub on premises! Advertised one! Not a good experience at all!

Overnight stay
We rented from hotels.com. Said 5 people, 2 adults and 3 children (14,9,7). We were put in a 2 double bed room. There was no way that was going to work. Thankfully the staff brought us a cot. The pool was freezing, the heater went out. No hot tub, even though the photos show there is one. The staff was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and the manager was very apologetic. I understand it wasnt their fault. This review is to warn anyone using hotels.com that the info is incorrect.

It was a nice well kept hotel with a lot to offer, such as pool, work out room, and the breakfast buffet was good. It's a very quiet and secure building. I would definitely stay there again.
