Great location
This apartment is beautiful, spacious for a studio, and in a great location, a minute's walk from Smiths beach. Spotlessly clean and comfortable and pet friendly. The only problem is the outside is not fenced off so you have to take the dogs outside on lead at all times. Hosts offered us early entry and late check out and the welcome hamper is wonderful. Thanks Linda. There is a lovely spa which we did not use. Everything you need is there. It's also very close to the Rusty Water brewery for meals. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for your lovely review Irene. I did not see on your booking that you were bringing your fur babies or i would have indicated that there is an enclosed shared garden space adjacent to the studio that you could have used.I also always leave a little treat for them in the gift basket. WE also have two other properties close by that both have fully enclosed yards for you use, also within walking distance to beach and close to Rusty Water. Thank you for staying with us cheers Linda

Very close to Phillip Island Grand Prix circuit, so very handy if your are going racing or watching racing. Also very relaxing to come back from racing at the track. Great layout, close to the beach and a couple of goldfish ponds to help relax.

Secret garden.
The studio was perfect in every way. Full of light and charm. Tucked into a secret garden but steps away from the beach.

We stayed at Beachwood House. What a lovely, place for a family to stay so close to the beach. The home is kept exceptionally well and all amenities that you need. Also communition with the owners was pleasant and accommodating. Wonderful place to stay, we aim to stay again. Plus we had a small pup who loved the upstairs deck with our kids,watching all go by. Five out of five for Beachwood House for us.

A fun stay in a clean cosy house.
We loved the house well furnished, super clean, warm and cosy with everything you need. A very relaxing place to be after being out all day. Everyone enjoyed being out on the deck, the beach was a 3-4 minute walk away. Phillip island has heaps of things to do and see can't wait to get back again.

Great beach house
Very well appointed holiday home with plenty of space for our family - everything needed for a rainy long weekend on Phillip Island. Would definitely stay again!!

Gorgeous self contained studio apartment. But if an issue with phone reception in the apartment, but otherwise no complaints. 100m from the beach Would stay again

Unfortunately it is often an issue with reception at Smiths Beach - the local paper has recently written articles about it - we hope it improves and would love to see you back

Beautiful place
Sensational B&B, spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed and quality furniture throughout. The spa was very nice. Extremely quiet and within 5 minutes drive to Cowes. Was welcomed with a bottle of bubbly and some chocolates! Communication was excellent and we were offered a late check-out. Would definately recommend. Thanks Beachwood Studio!

Amazing little corner of the world
I had the most perfect weekend at Beachwood studio. The noise of waves crashing as I went to sleep. A million stars in the sky at night. My own little peaceful corner for a couple of days and EVEN the sweetest little bunnies hopping around on the grass. I was made to feel so welcome by Linda and she could not have done more to make sure I had everything I could want. I'll be back!

Excellent
My husband and i chose this studio for our honeymoon, unfortunately we were both sick and i nearly ended up in hospital on the last night. I emailed requesting a late check out and the response i received was we could leave anytime we wanted and also did we need any medical assistance. This was far and beyond anything i expected...will be returning and recommending to all my friends and family. Thankyou.

Cute little apartment a stones throw from beach
Linda the owner has thought of everything with this studio! Beautiful layout and includes toiletries, hairdryer and extra blankets. Loved the nespresso machine! The spa bath is to die for! Highly recommended stay.

Central neat tidy close to beach lots of parking
Upon arrival was a bit concerned about finding studio in dark let me reassure you extremely easy to find the quality of the build and fixtures used throughout were 5 star. A great place to stay for a quick get away for a few nights extremely clean tidy great parking and a nice drive into cows for a cheeky dinner on your getaway would highly recommend Beechwood studio

Lovely Villa, great location to the beach.

Great location for Phillip Island race track. Watch racing then relax on beach only five minutes away.

Excellent amenities, close to the beach
Self-contained enough that one hardly has to leave, if at all, but Phillip Island is also small enough that it's a very short trip into the main town

Best stay!!
It was close to everything, was stunning inside, and they organised bacon, tomatoes, eggs, butter, milk, bread and many other things when we got there which allowed us to have a lazy wake up and cook breakfast without having to go to the shops the first morning!!!
