The front desk gentleman was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Multiple restaurants in walking distance. Room very clean! Staff very helpful. Excellent value would for sure stay again. Clean eating area and building. Always like a spotless elevator too. Good attention to detail!

The hotel and room were exceptionally quiet and clean. May be the cleanest hotel I’ve been to during my travels. Additionally, staff is knowledgeable and helpful. However, it's important to note that while the beds are aesthetically pleasing, they might pose a risk for individuals with joint issues due to their height. Many suffer from age related hip, shoulder and knee issues and Best Western should consider accommodating them. Note: even accessible rooms are stocked with beds that require perfect physical health to ascend.

We loved the spacious room and comfy bed. The patrons at the motel next door (Baymont) were noisy but they quieted down by dark. We walked to Texas Steakhouse and had a nice dinner. All in all a great stay.

We checked in after 9P. The man at the front desk was welcoming & friendly. The hotel was very clean & looked fairly new inside. The free breakfast offered a lot of options & everything was fresh. The area around the hotel is very safe, with many stores & restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Traveling north from S.C. We decided to break our drive & book a hotel after 5:00 on the Saturday before Easter. We were pleasantly surprised to not only find a room, but the cleanest, best all-around hotel we’ve stayed in a long time (including high $ Marriotts & Hilton). The breakfast was fresh, hot & abundant. The girl at the front desk & the girl working the breakfast buffet were friendly & welcoming. Wonderful experience!

Have stayed here several time. Young woman at front desk so friendly. She also set up and cooked breakfast. Breakfast plentiful and very good. Will stay here again.

We travel with the kids a lot. Never have I been told I need a second room because there are 5 of us. I was forced to get a second room and was told I can’t use a 3rd party provider such as Expedia and I had to pay their rate for the second room. I called the neighboring hotel and asked if they have that policy and they laughed so I’ll be staying there on our travels home

Weekend stay.
Weekend with my daughters. Friendly staff nice location. Everything we wanted to do was walking distance. First time staying at best western will stay again.

Great place to stop off I-95 when traveling. Right off exit and has plenty of restaurants and shopping withing walking distance. Hotel is reasonable priced, clean and has a friendly staff. Is me regular stop when traveling down to Florida.

Exceptionally clean. Great breakfast buffet with sausage, eggs and potatoes. Lovely woman constantly checking and refilling containers and keeping area clean.
