"This house was great for our reunion. The layout worked well with bedrooms downstairs, a large kitchen and living space for group hangout time, outdoor spaces on the deck and firepit, and the master upstairs had plenty of room for a family (parents and kids). We didn't have any little kids on this trip but the house is outfitted with supplies and toys for little ones. Very clean and well maintained house."

"I have stayed at many VRBOs in the past and this by far was the best one I have ever stayed in. We were greeted with plenty of coffee, creamer, fresh eggs, popcorn and a kitchen full of staples. Anything you would need for your stay was in the home. The home is comfortable and very well kept. The owner is right next door and the most pleasant person you will ever meet. We absolutely can’t wait to visit again. If visiting Massachusetts I highly recommend this VRBO. You will not be disappointed....

"Nice view of the river. I arrived at night and was a little disappointed I could not really see the river however the river is just not lit up very well in this area. In the morning it was beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony looking over the courtyard at the river. Would stay again if ever in the area again."

"We were a bit underwhelmed by the property. It was a bit more run down then we expected. Not sure what the issue was but there was police presence when we got there, which was concerning. And not that it was the property’s fault but some of the guests were a bit noisy late at night. It was fine for one night and served it’s purpose, we were only there to sleep."

"It’s an older motel, slightly rundown, slightly shabby. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The neighborhood was safe and the location was very convenient to a nearby expressway. It was easy to get into Providence RI. There’s a nearby family restaurant with decent food and friendly service. We knew going in that it would not be fancy. We got what we paid for. "

"I reserved this cottage for a one-night stay after visiting with friends and before flying home to Colorado. It is exactly as described on VRBO and is a perfect retreat. It's very well finished, located on the water, surrounded by green grass, trees, and many birds, and it is very tranquil. It is also very well located. It was perfect! "The home is beautiful and in a wonderful walking neighborhood (Oak Bakeshop on Cypress is an easy walk for your morning coffee and delicious pastries), well equipped for a comfortable stay and close to everything. Daniel, the owner, was very responsive to any inquiry and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and will definitely try to stay here on future trips to RI. You will NOT be disappointed!"
