"Receptionist was incomprehensible had to repeat everything several times. No knowledge of local surrounds - apparently yet another new arrival in his community? All too common. Front desks should know good English and local area, but no! Noisy bikers leaving at 5am. No "please be quiet" signs. Guests ..."
