"The location was great with a beautiful ocean view. Our check in was quick and easy, and the host was quick to respond to our question. It was just what we needed for our stay in Crescent City."

"The cottage has potential, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the price. Check-in information was emailed only a few hours before arrival, and we had to call to figure out which house was ours. The property also needs some attention: the mattress felt old, the toilet itself was wobbly, the AC remote barely worked, and there was no body wash. "The place worked for what we needed. Having the doors labeled better or different would be helpful as we didn’t realize there would be so many and other guests staying below us. We could hear them through the shared door, inside and outside. Aside from check in and feeling like you were sharing space in a way with strangers, it was a great location for going to the redwoods."

"Instead of a chain link fence protecting the patio, a wrought iron fence would be much classier.A king sized bed would be appreciated for those of us who are taller.The host was absolutely spectacular!"

"We weren’t sure what to expect having never had stayed in a tipi before but we were pleasantly surprised! The arrangements were spacious with more than enough room for my family of 5 to sleep. The stringed lights inside added to the magical and cozy feel that the esthetics already provided. Everything was clean and the king sized bed was very comfortable. "The stay in the Wild Horse Tipi was everything I expected, and more. The bathrooms were far better than anything I expected to have access to, and were very clean. The host was easy to communicate with, and always available. I will return for another stay, and recommend anyone wishing the tipi experience to try the Lone Mountain Resort!"

"Very comfortable. Has a pucnic table, adriondack chairs, propane fire table. Plenty of room for camping, nice bathroom, showers, laundry. Tipi has dish supplies, mini fridge, AC/heat unit. Was a fun 1 night spontaneous stay"
