The hotel is very nice from outside but it cannot be considered a 4 star inside. We had problems in a very slow check-in process. The room was small and very basic. The fridge did not work. The breakfast nothing more than average.

We traveled ~45 min to the the Zlatá Lípa, the spa experience was disappointing, dry sauna was completely out of order and the whirlpool was tepid, the jets were great but temperature setting was way too low. Therefore we chose to skip the experience in the morning. Very nice breakfast!

Das Zimmer waren nicht gesäubert. Restbestände im Herd und im Geschirrspühler. Spinnweben in den Ecken. Kein Besen bzw. Scheuerlappen u. Eimer vorhanden. Terrasse keine Überdachung bzw. schlechte Trittfläche (teilweise defekte Holzlattung) haustierfreundliche, da direkt am Wald. Gastgeberkontakt ...
