Super cómodo el Hotel, se puede llegar en autobús desde el aeropuerto hacia el hotel y viceversa el camión te deja enfrente del hotel

Me gustó la habitación amplia y cómoda, al igual que el baño, después de varios días de estar en hoteles con habitaciones pequeñas. El hotel no está en el aeropuerto, sino cerca, y hay que contratar y pagar un transporte que cuesta 7 libras por persona para llegar al aeropuerto. Excelente hotel para la víspera del viaje, sobretodo si es a tempranas horas de la mañana.

Queda a 10 minutos del aeropuerto, es buena para descansar y dejar equipaje. Del centro estás entre 45 minutos - 1 hora.

We had a sofa bed in the room and the mattress was very uncomfortable with springs sticking in your back. Glad we were only staying one night.

Cerca de Heathrow, terminal 5. El bus te deja en 20 minutos y es fácil. El precio es bueno para ese servicio. Por lo demás, nada que hacer allí.

Booked two rooms for our family months ago and were given rooms far apart. Got a rude knock at 0800am by a hotel staff to ask what time is checkout. Not very impressed.

This hotel is quite far from the airport so advertising it's a short drive to terminal 5 is a big stretch. It was a 25 minute bus ride/taxi to get here. There is very little dining near the hotel and no entertainment close by. The restaurant in the hotel was pricey. We also had no working air conditioning and one 2 towels in our room that was booked for 4 people. Tried to call to get more and no answer from front desk and nobody at the front desk when we went down. The room was old and it felt run down. We also asked about a shuttle and we're originally told there was no shuttle service then found out there was after we arrived but honestly they asked 7 pounds per person to use the hotel shuttle and there is a very reliable city bus that picks up on the street out front of the hotel and goes right to terminal 5 for 1 pound per adult with kids riding for free. Overall I wasn't impressed with this hotel and probably won't stay there again when I go back.

Great staff. Breakfast is same all week, but ok for the price we paid. We stayed 4 days before flying to France. Then came back to same hotel before flying out back to London then USA. Property is accessible to all your destinations, Will surely return on same place next trip,

The room assigned was in a part of the building that was not heated. After changing rooms to a warmer part of the building the room keys did not work. The staff was apologetic and promptly addressed our issues.

While this property is not as close to the airport as some we’ve stayed in, it was a great choice. Room clean and adequate (miss my Queen bed), with beautiful walk-in shower and delicious hearty breakfast. Transport to airport was easily arranged, arrived on time, was comfortable and efficient. Definitely would choose this hotel again.

The toilet was difficult to flush and shower drain was blocked so we couldn't have a shower. Otherwise everything was fine as we needed a good night sleep after a 25 hour flight.
