Dear SandhyaSo sorry you struggled, we are just finishing our replacement of both passenger lifts - the last one to be done was the one that grounds to the basement. Your mention of the width restriction at the entrance is actually to keep incoming and outgoing cars separate and at very busy times, is much needed....I understand your shower preference, I dislike fixed heads myself, we do have a couple of rooms with that shower type, I hope that you might return, please ask for that and tell us why.With kind regards and our best wishesMaggieGuest Services Executive

Dear MarkThank you for your feedback. We have been undergoing a refurbishment of our lifts, cabins and switchgear for the last few weeks, one lift at a time. Just when we were to be handed back the first lift, the second one broke down, we had no warning whatsoever and managed the situation as well as possible, escorting guests up and down using our service lift when needed.
