    You`ll be welcomed by a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy sofa, and a TV. The 2nd floor features two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom for added privacy.

    Head up to the 3rd floor, where you’ll find another kitchen, an additional bedroom, and a massive private balcony!

    The house is next to residential properties. While we welcome groups of up to 10 people, please respect the neighbours, especially in terms of noise.

    Here are some of the best things to enjoy in the neighborhood:

    Shop `til you drop: Sliema is a shopping paradise, home to some of the best brands and designer outlets. Head to The Point, Malta`s largest shopping mall, where you can browse luxury shops, dine in delicious restaurants, or simply enjoy a relaxing afternoon. Don’t forget to cross the iconic pedestrian bridge adorned with love padlocks—just like in Paris!

    Ride the Sliema Ferry: Skip the traffic and hop on the ferry for a scenic 10-minute ride to Valletta. The views of the harbor, Manoel Island, and Valletta’s stunning bastions are nothing short of spectacular!

    Explore the Sliema Promenade: Stroll along the 2km promenade that runs from Qui-Si-Sana to St Julian’s. Whether you`re jogging in the morning or enjoying a leisurely sunset walk, the promenade offers breathtaking sea views, perfect for a peaceful moment or a refreshing break at one of the many cafés and kiosks.

    The apartment is situated in the heart of Sliema making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check `Malta Public Transport` website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

    We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads of Sliema.

    If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : `Bolt`, `e-cabs` , `uber`.

    For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Sliema but parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.
    Very important notes before booking:

    1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

    2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

    3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

    4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

    5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

    6. What is included in the apartment.

    - Shower gel
    - Plate liquid soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

    8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

    9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

    10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.

The house was dirty and poorly maintained, door handles and catches missing, broken blinds, lampshades, glass tabletop. Main toilet flush broken, no locks on bathroom doors, shower head jammed in place not properly fixed.Limited kitchenware (claimed 2 fully equiped kitchens). Mouldy dirty coffe in coffee maker. Pans missing handles. Lighbulbs missing or not working. Dirty sofa, briken fridge shelves. TV had no channles and was for streaming only.
