    3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

    4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

    5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

    6. What is included in the apartment.

    * Shower gel
    * Plate liquid soap
    * Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    * Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
    * Garbage bags
    * Linens for the bed
    * Towels per person

    7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book.

    If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

    8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

    9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

    10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s

This place seemed quite nice on first glance, and the location was good. However, the dryer didn’t work which we didn’t discover until we had already washed clothes. Be forewarned there are no amenities, so be prepared to buy or bring shampoo, laundry detergent, and things like salt and pepper. I’d have rated it better but the beds were horrible, nearly unsleepable, and bags of dirty bed linens were left on the floor in the apartment. We were asked to leave a key so they could get in when we weren’t there, so we had to take all valuables with us when we went out. The host didn’t seem very responsive.
