  • This 1BR seafront APT is located on Tower Road in Sliema. The unit boasts stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea from its private balcony.

    The APT features a spacious bedroom, bathroom, and an open-plan living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils for comfortable self-catering. The property is located in a prime location, just opposite from the beach, and a short walk to the Sliema promenade, where you will find a variety of restaurants.

    All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

    Living Spaces| A dedicated room, with comfortable SOFA, a large coffee table, and a TV. Also included in this apartment is a dining area, fit for 4 guests to have a good meal!

    Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boasts an oven and an electric hub. The kitchen is equipped for both long and short-term rentals.

    Also accessible is a private balcony with beautiful views.

    Bedrooms| 1 Bedroom APT, with 1 double bed and a single bed.

    All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

    Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

    Tower Road in Sliema, Malta is a bustling promenade located along the coast. It is known for its restaurants, cafes, and shops, as well as its views of the Mediterranean Sea. The promenade is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike, and is a great place to stroll, relax, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea. The area is also home to several hotels and apartment buildings, making it a convenient location for traveler visiting Malta.

    Getting around Tower Road in Sliema, Malta is relatively easy. The promenade is well-connected to the rest of the island via public transportation. Malta has a good bus system that connects Sliema to other towns and cities on the island. There are also ferries that run regularly from Sliema to Valletta, the capital of Malta, and other nearby islands. Taxis and car rentals are also readily available in Sliema, so you can easily get around the island by car. Walking is also a great option, as the promenade is pedestrian-friendly and you can easily walk to nearby destinations.

    Very important notes before booking:

    1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

    2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

    3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

    4. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

    5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

    6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

    7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

    - Shower gels
    - Liquid Soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

    9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

L’unica cosa buona è che c’è tutto vicino, salotto ampio, stanze da letto decenti ma gli scarafaggi dormivano insieme a noi e ci coccolavano, trovati 1 nella stanza da letto, 1 nel bagno e 1 nella doccia
