"Stayed for 2 nights when at a conference at the Brighton centre. I think this is the best area to stay in Brighton and it was very easy to find/access the property from the instructions. A couple of things could take it from being a decent stay to somewhere really nice, which wouldn’t cost much. The flat was clean however the bed uncomfortable. Generally a cold place but quickly heats with the radiator on. If you’re a light sleeper you will probably want ear plugs and maybe even an eye mask as...

"Really sweet, clean and bright little apartment in a good location for shops and restaurants. Communication from the host was spot on and access into the apartment was so practical and straightforward. I would definitely stay here again as for a short stay (when you’re not really needing to cook much), it’s got such a wholesome and welcoming feel! Our apartment was up a few flights of narrow stairs so just mentioning that in case anyone has mobility issues though. "

Great upstairs area with open plan kitchen, dining area with balcony and sea view. Andy the host was great, regular contact before with instructions for parking etc and also recommending cafes and restaurants. Great transport links with train and bus into Brighton too. "A solid place for first time solo travelers. The station is super close, so you have plenty of time to plan accordingly prior to train departure. Communication was a bit delayed at times, but host was always helpful and kind. You have a ton of shops and restaurants nearby if cooking isn't your thing! Be sure to bring your own toiletries and shower gels, and pack an extra towel since only one is provided! The window in the bedroom has a blackout curtain, which is very useful for privacy purposes....
