Enjoyed Our Stay!
My boyfriend, 8-year-old Yorkshire Terrier and I stayed for the weekend! Our big adventure was skiing/snowboarding at Snow Valley which was less than 30 min away including traffic which was a perfect distance for us. Cottage is cozy and has every convenience you need for a fun getaway!

Weekend Getaway
It's a very cozy granny suite. Perfect for the two of us and our dogs. We wanted to be close to the grocery store and enjoy some snow before it was gone. Donna greeted us and was very knowledgeable of the area and it's history. We met some of the neighbors as well and they all were very friendly. If we get the chance to go again we will!

Amazing Experience
Everything was clean and it looked so nice and cozy inside! We had no problem communicating with the hosts. Even though our check out time was at 11 AM, they gave us permission to stay a little longer if we wanted to rest some more or get our things ready without any hurry. Donna’s very kind! Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay!

Cleanest place we have ever been to! Cozy, beautiful, peaceful, and most hospitable. You felt at home and had everything we needed thanks to the owners who left amenities for us. We look forward to coming back.

Beautiful cabin in the mountains
The mountain cottage was the perfect base camp for exploring the San Bernardino National Forest before Christmas. The cottage was convenient, cozy, and well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

Everything about this cabin was amazing, even Donna and Ken were fantastic to deal with. Everything about this stay was just like being home but better. This cabin made me not want to go back home because Donna and Ken go so far out to make you feel like you are home. I would love to own a cabin like this. This stay was a surprise birthday present to my girlfriend for the weekend and she loved it. We will be back again and again and I highly recommend anyone else to stay here. Everything and everywhere necessary was less than 10 minutes to get to no matter which direction I drove. This area was very peaceful and quiet no matter the time. The heater worked great for the chilly nights we were there, very comfortable bed and couch. A fantastic dvd and book collection, and fun games for stay in entertainment. Everything was very clean and organized and had all the amenities we needed. Once again, thank you Donna and Ken for this amazing experience.

Lovely mountain getaway

Another pleasant stay
We stay at Ken and Donnas cabin at least once a year, and enjoy the quiet woodsy area and quick access to hiking and Arrowhead village. It is a great escape for a couple looking to change their scenery for a few days.

Friends Stayed here, said it was great. It was!
Cute cottage with a great patio nestled into the trees. Great location. Nice kitchen, although I didn't use it much lol. Quiet, bubbly fountain ⛲ and a nice shower/bath. WiFi worked well, it was a busy weekend for me in the area, great to come back to the cabin and relax. A+++, thanks to the hosts for their nice place. 🤗

Wonderful as Ususal
This is our second time staying at Mountain Cottage. There will be a third. Mountain Cottage is clean, beautifully decorated, quiet and peaceful. The patio is wonderful and surrounded by beautiful trees. We could not ask for anything better. See you soon!

Peace in the Pines
Very quiet neighborhood. Big comfy bed. Good shower--gets hot fast! We hiked the North Shore Recreation trail, Lake Gregory, Heap's Arboretum, and Heart Rock. Don't miss the antique shop at the corner of Kuffel Canyon and Sycamore--lots of treasures! We recommend the sweet and sour tofu at the Mandarin Garden in Blue Jay.

Great location and checks all the boxes.
Spent a two night weekend in this very nicely appointed studio cottage. Private and perfectly located just a 10 minute drive from Lake Arrowhead Village. We were looking forward to spending some of our time relaxing on the deck, but the weather did not cooperate. Unexpectedly cool for Labor Day, foggy and damp both days there. But what can you do about that. We enjoyed both nearby restaurants, could have walked the distance. But too cool and damp on this trip. Studio had excellent WiFi, a good TV with ample channels, a kitchenette with most items necessary to microwave or grill outside a meal, though we chose to eat out. This is a holiday after all. We do recommend this very clean studio and it’s very nice owners.

Best Serene Mountain Getaway You Could Ask For
We will definitely be back here again! We left here feeling completely rejuvenated and full of peace. It's in a perfect location to feel tucked away in the forest, but it's walking distance to some of the cutest little shops and restaurants. It's also a super quick drive to the Lake Arrowhead Village. The house was clean and had a fantastic deck to relax on. We loved it!

Relaxing mountain getaway
I booked a last minute stay in the Lake Arrowhead area for a quiet weekend away. Donna and Ken’s cabin was the perfect place. It was nice and quiet. They were very responsive with any questions or concerns. Location was very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed each morning drinking my coffee and listening to the fountain on the patio. We will be back, hopefully soon.

Forest Relaxation
The Mountain Cottage is the perfect cozy getaway to escape the summer heat. We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed the peace of the forest. The deck was our favorite spot to relax and we also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The owners were very responsive and provided everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit again.

One of our favorite getaways!
We have visited Mountain Cottage several times and love it. Tge cottage is quiet, comfortable and relaxing - we especially enjoy the deck and the BBQ. Very dog friendly and convenient to local sights and activities. Donna and Ken are wonderful hosts, and we look forward to our next trip.

Coziest Cottage Ever
Loved our stay at this cottage! In the middle of the trees and snow, we felt so relaxed watching tv and reading books and eating in this cottage. The multiple windows and sliding glass doors made for the feeling of being in nature while being safe and warm indoors. The local food recommendations are walking distance and delicious. Would definitely return.

Perfect mountain getaway
This cabin was the perfect place for myself and fiancé. We were just looking for something small and cozy for the two of us as we went snowboarding this weekend in snow summit. A perfect 15 mins drive from the mountain! We went to the Mexican restaurant that was recommended by Donna and it was very good and super close. I would definitely stay here again, and even recommend it to other close friends of mine!

Enjoyable getaway in the Skyforest
A charming cabin with deck and calming water fountain. At least our third time staying here, and we love it. We made use of the propane grill and made a nice Salmon dinner. Great hosts as well. Highly recommended.

A mountain cabin
This place is amazing. Be safe in the winter it is cold even in the autumn time that we went. Tire chains are a must in the winter. Worth the drive to get up there.
