Dear Mr. Spirovski, yes the guests are always right, maybe the room smells of cigarettes too much ( guests who were in the room before you smoked in the room even though smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms), the carpet has stains (but no moisture and mold) every day the rooms are cleaned with a vacuum cleaner (which does not remove stains unfortunately) for cleaning stains we hire an external company that cleans stains and they should be called to clean up immediately You say it was cold and the heating made noise and you have problem falling to sleеp there was or there was no heating? We offered you another room in the morning but you did not even want to think about looking at another room as a replacement. Yes we can not refund your money we can offer you to stay in our hotel for free on any date that suits you for the same period as your initial booking. We take your remark very seriously, and we will do our best to remove all the shortcomings that you have mentioned, but to claim that it is a nightmare and that everyone should be careful or to be extremely careful to come to our hotel is in the slightest exaggeration Like I said, guests are always right ... some do not follow the rules of non-smoking, some destroy things in the rooms but some exaggerate with negative comments that they are not even aware of how much financial damage they do to the hotel.
