"Me gustó que está muy bien ubicado en el aeropuerto de Heathrow en Londres terminal 5. El personal del restaurante y maleteros muy amables y te ayudan en todo. Lo que no me gustó es la larga cola para hacer check-in. Debería de haber mas personal para hacerlo. Hicimos 30 min para hacer check-in."

"Clean and comfortable, but would benefit from refurbishment! If flat is on the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street, at all hours! There are no blackout blinds, so bring an eye mask! Double glazing reduces the noise, but you’ll need ear plugs if sleeping with windows ..."
