"This is a lovely cottage in the middle of Grassington. Parking is a bit tight but manageable. The cottage is lovely, beds and sofas are comfortable. TV is excellent with an on demand selection. It was a bonus to have a secluded garden. Perfect for when the sun is out. It was clean (with the exception of a few cobwebs on the wall) and felt very homely. It was a quiet and peaceful place to stay and we would happily return."

"Not quite as it looked in the advert . The outside table and chairs give the impression you can sit out in a courtyard ..it's actually the drive up to the other property's . The next property was occupied by seven lads on a stag weekend who all came in there cars , therefore nowhere to park for our two cars .the weekend was also marred by the taxi turning up at the lads accommodation with a young lady in what can only be described as as nurses outfit and heels ... "We arrived to the property amid Storm Dennis, to find it very warm and cosy (essential given the timing!!) clean and with everything we needed to settle straight in. Kitchen has everything you need, loads of games and puzzles for wet days, plenty of space for socialising and bedrooms all very comfortable. A really great cottage in a lovely village - 3 pubs (all fantastic) and plenty of walks in the local area. "

"Accommodation was absolutely spotless. The decor and furnishings are lovely, even had a christmas tree and decorations, it was so warm and cosy. The hosts left us some provisions, which was appreciated. The location was perfect for us, nice and quiet, with an enclosed patio area so our dogs were nice and safe. Nice walks in the area, pity the pub wasn't open as its literally 5 min walk away. Skipton is only 8 minutes drive away. Would definitely book to stay here again and will recommend to...

"We stayed for a week in February and didn’t want to leave. The Cottage is a home away from home and has everything we needed and much more. The kitchen had everything needed for us to cook each day. The log burner was a special treat. Great WiFi and TV, very comfortable bed and nice and warm central heating. Neil and Sharon were fantastic hosts and we really enjoyed their advice and friendly chats! Can’t wait to return!"

"What an amazing find! we were walking the dales way and had walked from Appetreewick that day, we arrived later than expected. "Dale House is a great property with all the facilities you need. Its clean and comfortable and a great venue for family and friends. Fab games room. We had a lovely stay in Feb 25 and made use of the open fire which made it feel very cosy.There are 3 pubs within walking distance (literally a few mins).
