This holiday home offers a comfortable and natural stay with Lake Dottjärnet right next door. Here you live undisturbed with the forest all around and a babbling brook flowing past the house. A perfect place for relaxation, fishing and nature experiences.



The house can accommodate up to eight people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spacious entrance with entrance to the laundry room and bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small living room with sofa bed, and a large living room.

The terrace is partially covered and offers a nice view of both the lake and the forest.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms with two beds in each, an extra bathroom with shower and double sinks, and a workplace with a view of the water.



A short walk takes you to the lake where a rowing boat - which is included in the rent - awaits. Dottjärnet is perfect for both swimming, rowing and fishing. The area also has many marked hiking trails through untouched forests, making it easy to discover Swedish nature on foot.



Excursion destinations and activities in the surrounding area:



• Nature reserves and hiking: There are several beautiful nature reserves nearby with trails for both shorter walks and longer day trips.

• Fishing and swimming: Lake Dottjärnet is known for its good fishing. Fish directly from a boat or from land - fishing licenses can be purchased locally.

• Cycling: The area has many gravel roads and minor roads that are ideal for cycling.

• Excursions to nearby communities: Take the car and visit nearby towns with cafes, farm shops, crafts and local museums.

• Berry and mushroom picking: During late summer, the forests around the house are full of blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms.

• Winter: During snowy winters, there is the possibility of cross-country skiing directly in the area.
