"The property was super clean with high end furnishings. There was lots of natural light & pretty views. Everything was in good working order and looked fresh. The location is close to North beach. We felt a few more mixing bowls, a big enough cookie sheet for pizza, and a few more kitchen items would have been helpful. But we probably cook more than most people do on vacay. "Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the company that represents this property, Southern Bell Vacation Rentals. Several issues with the property. The ice machine in the fridge would not function properly, ice would not dispense. A nasty beer can was in the ice bin...see photo. Front entrance gate latch was broken....see phot. Missing blind slats, people from the street can see directly into the unit...see photo. The smell of human urine was very strong when we first arrived. the bed...

"The kitchen was fully stocked; unfortunately, we were only there for really a full 24 hours, so we didn't use it. We did use the washer/dryer. Only thing I can suggest to other patrons, please adhere to the noise policy of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. We had new patrons in the apartment above us the day after we arrived and it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. I didn't know how to inform the staff of this issue and not really sure what could have been done, but I'm grateful we had one night of...

"We visited Savannah to tour SCAD with our Daughter and this was an amazing location and property. We knew we did not want to stay in a normal hotel and experience the character of the city. Wow, did this property exceed our expectations! It was very clean and had everything you would need! The sofa fold out into a full/queen bed which was very comfy for our daughter! I would say 4 adults comfortably. I'd love to stay again when we have more time! "

"Very rare you can rate a place 5 stars, but this place deserves it. We had a slight hiccup with the check in process but even at midnight the host showed up and got us in! This place is different than other rental properties. A beautifully and thoughtfully decorated renovated historic home with all the creature comforts you need. "Prefect is you are looking for the quirk and charm of an old unique home. Grateful for modern A/C. Be aware of steep stairs to the suite and limited availability of walk sockets and overloading when certain appliances are used. We did not have an issue with appliances but did have to unplug lamps to charge or use devices. The location and charm of this building is unmatched. We slept incredibly well and were very very comfortable!"

"Parking was convenient right behind the property. The space was clean and the kitchen had sufficient cutlery and tableware. The location is directly across the street from a functioning firehouse. The host was nice and quickly resolved a minor item for us. "
